Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp provided an update on Diogo Jota and Conor Bradley's injuries and their recovery timelines in a pre-match press conference.

Ahead of the Reds' game against West Ham United in the Premier League, Klopp addressed a question about the duo's fitness. He said that they weren't back in training yet, but were expected to be back in a couple of weeks.

He said:

"Both not ready. Progressing well, [but] not ready and nobody told me yet they will start training in the next few days. I think it will take time, a little bit.”

Right-back Bradley picked up an ankle injury in Liverpool's 1-0 loss against Crystal Palace on April 14. He had become an important member of Jurgen Klopp's side before his injury, making 17 starts at right-back since Trent Alexander-Arnold's transition into midfield.

He has bagged a goal and six assists in 22 games across all competitions this season, with his game-time being limited due to nagging back and ankle injuries.

Meanwhile, Jota had been out of action with a collateral ligament injury since February and made his return off the bench in the game against Palace. He scored on his first start in two months against Fulham but picked up a minor hip injury which is expected to keep him sidelined for at least two weeks.

He has been impressive whenever he has taken the field this season, netting 15 goals and adding four assists in 32 games across all competitions.

Liverpool will be hoping that the pair can return to full fitness as soon as possible, as they look to climb an uphill mountain to win the Premier League title.

"He is doing a ridiculously good job" - Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp talks about David Moyes and West Ham United

In the same press conference, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp spoke highly of his West Ham counterpart David Moyes, lavishing praise on his squad management.

He said that he has been keeping up with Moyes' press conferences, and was highly impressed with what he has been achieving with the Hammers.

"I don't have time to speak to David Moyes too much but we speak at games and I like him... I heard one press conference when he asked what he expected West Ham to achieve. Six teams have to [finish above them] so seventh is there and I think he is doing a ridiculously good job," he said.

He also talked about the stars at West Ham, singling out forward Jarrod Bowen as one of his favourite players in the squad. He added:

"Really talented team, good transfers, Bowen one my favourite players, Paqueta, super-talented, Antonio, top striker. When Bowen is up there they find a solution, Ward-Prowse super signing for West Ham."

Liverpool take on West Ham at the London Stadium in their next Premier League fixture on April 27. This is a must-win game for Jurgen Klopp and his Reds to stand any chance at lifting the league title in his last season in charge of the club.
