Summer House season 8 aired a brand new episode on Thursday, May 16, 2024. During the segment, fans saw Jesse Solomon open up to West Wilson about feeling nervous about the results of his upcoming test. The cast member was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2017 and had been "cancer-free" for the past four years.

In this week's episode, Jesse opened up to West about feeling scared about his cancer coming back, and cried. He went to New York to get tested. West comforts Jesse Solomon about upcoming test in Summer House season 8 episode 13

In Summer House season 8 episode 13, titled Excess Baggage, Jesse broke down crying while in an off-camera conversation with West Wilson. He told West that he was "f*cking sick" of "this sh*t," as he sobbed.

Soon after, the two made their way into the house and had another private conversation in the bedroom while the others wondered what was happening. West gave him a hug and told the Summer House cast member that he couldn't run away from his feelings.

Jesse told West that he was uncomfortable being emotional and vulnerable. However, West reassured him that it was okay.

"You're going through the biggest sh*t, maybe ever, in your life. It's one thing to pretend that you're like cool with relationships or whatever, but like, you don't need to try to pretend you're cool with f*cking cancer. Sometimes emotions, I think, you gotta, like, especially big ones, you gotta f*cking wear 'em," West said.

Jesse Solomon told the Summer House newcomer that he felt something in his "nut" and told him he was scared. West hugged him and told him he was okay. Jesse said that hopefully he would be fine.

Summer House season 8 will return next week with another episode on Bravo.
