San Francisco 49ers stars Brock Purdy and George Kittle surprised fans on Saturday night at Luke Combs' concert. The country music star is currently touring the United States as part of his "Growin' Up & Gettin' Old Tour" and made a stop at Levi's Stadium in San Francisco this weekend.

Toward the end of Combs' concert, he performed "1, 2 Many" in which he invited someone on stage to shotgun a beer with. He surprised fans by welcoming 49ers tight end George Kittle and quarterback Brock Purdy on stage.

George Kittle, who was dressed in light washed jeans and a white t-shirt proceeded to shotgun a beer with Combs. Purdy, who went with a denim look paired with cowboy boots, carried a case of Bud Light with him. He provided Kittle with additional beers as Combs went on to finish the song.

Purdy didn't appear to consume the beer but did get the crowd fired up and made sure his teammate was fueled with enough Bud Light.

Brock Purdy's attempt at first pitch goes wild ahead of Luke Combs concert

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy had a long 2023 NFL season that included a trip to Super Bowl LVIII. He has also had an eventful offseason, which included marrying his college sweetheart, Jenna Brandt, in Iowa.

Since then, the two have spent the offseason traveling and made their way back to San Francisco Bay as offseason workouts began. Before he attended the Luke Combs concert this weekend, Purdy stopped by Oracle Park. The quarterback threw out the first pitch at the San Francisco Giants' home game against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday evening.

Purdy's first pitch didn't go as many would expect as he threw it wild past Kyle Harrison behind the plate. The MLB Instagram account captioned the moment, writing:

"So much heat that Kyle Harrison couldn’t even get a handle on it."

Luckily, the 49ers quarterback's receivers are used to better throws from Purdy.
