#5 WWE gives the title to an IWC favorite

The Internet Wrestling Community has a say in whatever that happens in WWE right now. In fact, they even influence some of WWE’s decisions. IWC has its own favorites in the roster and if WWE decides to put the WWE title on one of these superstars, then it is going to break the internet.
Superstars like Cesaro, Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens are among the IWC favorites and Cesaro in particular has an upper hand at this moment.
He impresses both the management and the fans with his flair and deserves to get a rub in the title scene. Neville has an outside chance, but WWE is likely to go with one from these three if they choose to go down this road.
#4 Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns final
The beauty of tournaments is that we get to see friends fight. Although superstars might be on the same side, when they are fighting for the WWE title, the friendship goes out through the window.
All they see would be glory and relationships are sure to take a hit. Now that Rollins has lost the title, the next best contenders to take over the championship would be Ambrose and Reigns.
And if WWE ends up booking these two in the final of the tournament, it will draw big time. WWE will have a plethora of possibilities and Ambrose can have a full blown heel turn with this scenario.
#3 NXT Takes Over
While the IWC favorite winning will be a major twist, an NXT superstar coming into the main roster and walking away with the championship will be a bigger twist in the tale. NXT has a solid roster and if we take a look at the superstars who could carry the WWE championship, then there are mainly three contenders.
First would be Finn Balor. He has been around the block for a long time and has enough experience to be the leading man in WWE.
Samoa Joe is another name that could rise from NXT. He is a veteran in the wrestling business and though he is not the ideal prototype for WWE, he will be an interesting choice. A returning Sami Zayn would be a good babyface champion and will give WWE some breathing time to think.
#2 Sheamus cashes in on the winner
Consider this ending. Roman Reigns goes through a daunting tournament; he defeats every superstar that was thrown into his path and ends up winning the WWE Championship. Just as he is enjoying the emotional moment, Sheamus comes in, cashes in his Money in the Bank contract and wins the title.
It would be a big surprise for the fans and also, it will earn Reigns sympathy. His chance to be the champion was stolen by Seth Rollins last time around and this time, if Sheamus does the same, Reigns will end up being more over with the fans.
Fans will be eager to see the actual moment of glory for Reigns and this is much better than the fifty-fifty reaction that he gets now.
#1 Reigns turns heel
The absence of Rollins has taken away two things: A heel champion that had heat and a superstar who the Authority backed. Replacing Rollins with a heel superstar like Sheamus would be too predictable.
However, if WWE replaces Rollins with a newly turned heel (say Roman Reigns) it would be interesting for the fans.
Reigns is having trouble going over as a clean baby face and if he aligns with Authority, he could work as a heel. Authority helping Reings to win the title will be a big swerve that will be least expected. Rollins could then return as a baby face and we can have the feud between the two.
