WWE WrestleMania 32: 5 Angles for the post-WrestleMania Raw

It’s time to make the turn!

Who wants the Doctor of Thugonomics back?At this juncture, the entire WWE Universe is high on the possibilities at WrestleMania. WWE has come up with a stacked card and at the same time, there are quite a lot of subplots that are worth following. Even if WWE screws up the pay-per-view with their half-baked storytelling, the fans are sure to come out with some lasting memories of the show. But WrestleMania is not the end of the world. It is in fact, the beginning of a new phase in the WWE's timeline. The company works on a WrestleMania to WrestleMania basis and the Raw that follows the pay-per-view would be very important. WWE could come up with a host of angles to make their fans happy on the Night after WrestleMania and here is a look at them.

#5 John Cena returns as heel

It’s time to make the turn!

The heel turn of John Cena is something that most fans are looking forward to. The Cenation leader has been the face of the WWE product for more than a decade now, and with WWE struggling to keep their weekly show interesting, it would be the best time for Cena to turn heel.

Cena has been out of action for quite some time now but is expected to play a non-wrestling role at WrestleMania.

WWE could use that segment in the pay-per-view to lay the foundation for the heel turn which could happen on Raw. Cena turning would give WWE some serious momentum – and I mean serious – something that can be used to restore the faith of their fans.

#4 Debut of NXT superstars

Bayley for main roster!

The post-WrestleMania editions of Monday Night Raw are known for its ‘shocking’ debuts. Over the past few years, we’ve seen NXT stars breaking into the main roster with the help of the show and this year too could see the phenomenon repeating itself.

Big Cass and Enzo Amore are two names that could get the first pick. They have been impressive at NXT for quite some time.

Bayley is another name that deserves a call-up. Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte got their limelight and it is now time for Bayley to get hers. Chad Gable and Jason Jordan are also in the running along with Baron Corbin, who is apparently highly regarded backstage.

#3 WWE confirms a brand split

A draft on Raw would be epic

Treating SmackDown and Monday Night Raw as two separate entities could be a great way to freshen things up. WWE has fond memories when it comes to the brand split and it could be categorized as one of the best periods in the company's history.

With an ever-growing roster and a lack of specialization, a brand split would fit in perfectly into the post-WrestleMania period.

The best part about the brand split would be the limelight that mid-carders would get. Currently, there is too much competition to get into Raw, but with a brand split in place, everyone would get some proper airtime that they deserve.

If WWE starts treating NXT as a third brand, it would be exciting as well.

#2 Shane McMahon announces his big changes

Shane McMahon is the key

This angle could only happen if Shane McMahon wins his match against Undertaker at WrestleMania. If he does, Shane would have control over Monday Night Raw and will be able to bring about some big changes at his will.

The first thing that Shane should probably do is to make Raw a two-hour show.

Three hours is clearly too much and reducing it could help the fans digest more. Bringing in the brand split is another decision that Shane could implement. The Cruiserweight championship could return or Shane could set up a ranking system, which would make the random matches interesting.

#1 Balor Club debut

The main roster arrival of Balor Club is imminent

The likes of Finn Balor, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson have been teasing the arrival of Balor Club for a long time now. The tug of war between Vince McMahon and Triple H has left the stable's debut in doubts, but we are sure to see them at some point or the other.

Letting these three superstars debut on Monday Night Raw would be the best decision.

Balor Club could be projected like the Shield or Nexus, who could make a big impact on their debut itself. Having a charismatic leader in the form of Balor would do great and if WWE wants, they could add a newbie to the WWE roster like Shinsuke Nakamura into the mix.

AJ Styles, who was a member of the original Bullet Club faction, could also get a spot.
