WWE Monday Night Raw: 3 November 2014 - Superstar Ratings

Groundbreaking maybe one of the most suited superlatives that could be used to describe the November 3rd edition of Monday Night Raw.At certain points of the show, fans were really confused whether they were seeing a pay-per-view or a weekly show because it was that damn good. It had the fair share of surprises and solid matches while delivering a well plotted climax at the same time.Survivor Series all of a sudden looks to be a potential success after this episode and the fans got enough reasons to come back next week as well. Amidst all the surprise amount of brilliance from the WWE creative team, here is a look at how the Superstars turned out with Superstar Ratings.

#15 Nikki Bella 6

WWE designed a basic match between Nikki and Emma where Nikki came out looking good with the win. She is on an obvious path to face AJ Lee at Survivor Series but what stole the show was Brie’s slap to AJ which was a good use of the personal assistant angle.

#14 Zack Ryder 6

Ryder got another rare appearance on Raw this week but there was nothing encouraging from the encounter. He was simply squashed by the Bulgarian brute but the thing is, its Ryder getting his television time on Raw, so he deserves to be in the ratings for that at least.

#13 Cesaro 6.5

Every week in and week out, Cesaro comes out there and gives the best he could. His series of matches with Ambrose is giving the Swiss Superman a lot of exposure but he isn’t getting the wins that he needs. WWE should think about putting a performer like Cesaro in a better position because he deserves it.

#12 Tyson Kidd 6.5

WWE was testing the grounds when they introduced Tyson Kidd back into the main roster. Kidd looked good in between the ropes against Sheamus but the fans weren’t pretty eager about him. This is a big blow for the former Tag team champion who now has to produce some miracle.

#11 Sheamus 6.5

The Celtic Warrior was one of those superstars in the roster who had to pull off double duty this time. Sheamus did give a solid performance as always but he lost both matches with the latter being more lethal. He no longer has the United States title with him but the Irishman would be looking for revenge soon.

#10 Miz 7

A match between Jimmy Uso and Miz might not be something that makes the fans drool. However, it proved to be a platform for Miz to showcase that he is equally over as Sandow. The fans are clearly excited about seeing Miz in between the ropes, and he will be benefited in the future because of this.

#9 Mark Henry 7.5

Turning heel was probably the best direction that was available for Henry. The fans weren’t expecting a great match when he faced off against Show but it exceeded expectations. Henry in particular looked good and now the Authority might be calling for him.

#8 Dolph Ziggler 7.5

The Authority tried to bribe Ziggler out of Cena’s team but the showoff had no intentions of doing so. He then went on to have a class encounter against Seth Rollins but at the end of the day, it was the Intercontinental champion’s dilemma that turned out to be a subplot for Survivor Series.

#7 Big Show 7.5

Show gave out his best performance in a long time at Raw where he faced the World’s strongest man. He did get a win through disqualification, but Show wouldn’t be happy about how thins ended which leaves the story unfinished just like how the fans want it to be.

#6 Triple H and Stephanie McMahon 8

Daniel Bryan was the last man who made the Authority look like relevant villains. After Bryan’s departure they were struggling to find a credible foe but after Vince McMahon dropped the bomb, there is a big amount of desperation from Hunter and Stephanie which makes must see television.

#5 Randy Orton 8

Orton was completely deranged out there on Raw. He had an immense amount of anger to take out on Rollins and when he did, everything fell apart. Orton will be officially a face when he returns and he will have a lot of scores to settle when the time finally arrives.

#4 Rusev 8

On the regular show, it was a typical outing for the Bulgarian Brute but once the post show match started, Rusev’s luck turned bright. He now has a Championship around his waist and a whole lot of reasons to throw some dirt on the United States.

#3 Vince McMahon 8

In the current era where internet dirt sheets give spoilers for a show even before it happens, it is hard to give out a surprise return. WWE however nailed it on Monday night when they bought out Vince McMahon. It was refreshing to see Vince back on television and he did make a huge impact with the time he had.

#2 Dean Ambrose 8

The Lunatic Fringe went out for the third time in two weeks against Cesaro while Bray Wyatt was having a close look at the action. Though there were a lot of tension between Bray and Ambrose the fans didn’t get the moment they wanted making the whole thing a bit disappointing.
