It's no secret that Randy Orton's patented finisher, The RKO, has been widely regarded as one of the greatest WWE finishers of all time. Although the finisher is a subtle ode to Diamond Dallas Page's Diamond Cutter, it has grown onto the WWE Universe over the course of the past several years.

Randy Orton's move has also been a hot topic in the meme community in the past, with the "RKO outta nowhere" videos getting viral on social media for the better part of 2016.

Here are three of the greatest RKO's The Viper has been able to execute. These RKO's are a visual feast for any wrestling fan.

#3 Victim: C.M. Punk

Randy Orton and C.M. Punk's WrestleMania 27 buildup was one to behold, as both performers were at their absolute best at the time. The feud was made personal by "The Saviour of the Masses" when he attacked Orton in front of his wife.

The two went on to have a classic at the grandest stage of them all, and it all came to an end when Randy Orton delivered an RKO outta nowhere to Punk, in perhaps the most memorable visual of a rather lacklustre WrestleMania. Take a look at the beauty:

#2 Victim: Evan Bourne

At a time when the Cruiserweight division had been long gone from the WWE, Evan Bourne came in as an exciting high flyer who dared to take risks that most men never would.

On the July 10th, 2010 episode of Monday Night Raw, Evan Bourne rushed to the ring in an attempt to take down Orton, and almost succeeded when he managed to kick Orton enough to prepare for a shooting star press.

What Bourne didn't know was The Viper was playing possum all this time, and as soon as Bourne was about to land on Orton, he connected an RKO for the ages on the high flyer. This was the moment that solidified The Viper as being the most dangerous and unexpected superstar in WWE at the time. See for yourself and marvel at the RKO that was considered by many as being Orton's best finisher, until WrestleMania 31:

#1 Victim: Seth Rollins

The stage was set for a one on one encounter between The Architect and The Viper, at WrestleMania 31.

Seth had been hiding behind his stooges, Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury for weeks on end. This was Orton's chance to finally get his hands on Rollins with no one to stop him. The match didn't disappoint at all, and the fans reacted to every move with elation.

During the final moments of the match, Seth set Orton up for his notorious finishing move, named the Curb Stomp. As Rollins sprinted towards Orton with everything he had, The Viper suddenly raised Rollins up in the air, and delivered a thunderous RKO. This was enough for Orton to secure the win, as 70,000 fans cheered in unison at what they had just witnessed.

This RKO is still considered as being the best one Orton has delivered to date, and when one takes a look at it, they find it hard to argue with the statement.
