Today, we look at 3 WWE wrestlers Vince McMahon is good friends with, and 2 he probably dislikes...

Although Vince McMahon isn't the only top official in WWE wrestlers need to try to get on the good side of, at the end of the day, McMahon does, in fact, decide every wrestler's fate and where they are placed on the card.

Vince can be rather intimidating to approach as some wrestlers including Jinder Mahal have attested to, but it's undoubtedly critical for every Superstar behind those curtains to get acquainted with Vince and to prove their worth to the company -- in other words, make Vince McMahon care for them. If a wrestler is able to get into Vince's good books, a push is likely to follow, just ask Jinder Mahal who finally had the nerve to talk with McMahon backstage.

#5 Friend: John Cena

John Cena
John Cena is unquestionably one of Vince McMahon's best backstage buddies (as is The Rock)...

Before the "Roman Empire" took over WWE, John Cena was undoubtedly the companies top Superstar -- not to mention, one of Vince McMahon's closest backstage buddies. Right from the start of Cena's career in WWE, Vince was reportedly high on him, as McMahon saw raw potential in the charismatic (and buff) John Cena.

Fast forward nearly a decade and a half, and John Cena will unquestionably go down in the sports entertainment history books as one of the all-time greatest. While John Cena's superb work ethic and talent would warrant a push all on its own, John getting into the good graces of Vince McMahon certainly helped. Throughout the years, Cena has been a loyal friend to Vinnie Mac, and he has been rewarded accordingly with 16 World Championships.

#4 Friend: R-Truth

Surprisingly enough, R-Truth is reportedly one of Vince's good wrestling friends...

Likely the most surprising entry on this list of Vince McMahon's friends would have to be the former United States Champion, R-Truth. Despite being a midcard talent for the bulk duration of his career in WWE, R-Truth is reportedly one of Vince's best wrestling buddies behind the scenes -- as he is for many talent backstage due to R-Truth's fun and humorous nature.

The photograph showcased above was taken during one of the WWE's tours in Afghanistan, and by all means, it looks as though R-Truth and Vince were having a great time together. Knowing that R-Truth is one of Vince's buddies, it becomes easy to understand why the veteran has remained with the company for so long even though Truth's usually utilized in a lower midcard role. With that being said, R-Truth has main evented one pay-per-view in his career -- Capitol Punishment 2011.

#3 Probably Doesn't Like: Rusev

Vince McMahon was rumoured to be furious after finding out about Rusev and Lana's engagement...

Vince McMahon may be a billionaire and a truly successful businessman but that certainly doesn't mean "The Boss" doesn't have a couple odd quirks or behaviours. When it comes to Rusev otherwise known to many now as "Rusev Day", Vince McMahon isn't rumoured to think very highly of "The Bulgarian Brute". A couple of years back when news hit social media that Rusev was engaged to fellow WWE star Lana, Vince was reportedly furious...

If you were not aware, the biggest rumour surrounding Rusev is that Vince allegedly didn't (and probably still doesn't) believe Rusev was and is "good enough" for Lana. McMahon apparently broke Lana and Rusev up on-screen to put things in motion for the same to happen in real life, but his attempts failed. While it doesn't seem like Rusev is in hot water backstage anymore, it's clear that Vince isn't very high on him -- Rusev has been stuck in the midcard as of late.

#2 Friend: The Undertaker

The Undertaker has been one of Vince McMahon's most loyal wrestlers, and he has reaped the rewards...

Considering The Undertaker is arguably the most loyal WWE wrestler of all time, it's certainly not hard to understand why "The Phenom" is one of Vince McMahon's best friends. The Undertaker has unquestionably earned the respect he garners backstage from all the talent and officials (including Mr. McMahon), as he has spent three decades performing at a very high level, all while being a model employee for the company.

The Undertaker always remained loyal to the WWE even during the toughest periods of The Monday Night Wars against WCW in the late 90s, and Vince is gracious for 'Taker's undying loyalty. Not only is The Undertaker good friends with Vince McMahon, but "The Deadman's" also very close with his kids Shane, Stephanie and son-in-law Triple H. Like many fans, Vince is undoubtedly a firm believer in the notion that WrestleMania simply wouldn't be the same without 'Taker's presence.

#1 Probably Doesn't Like: Sasha Banks

Sasha Bank
Sasha Banks has garnered heat from Vince McMahon backstage on multiple occasions...

If you have ever wondered why a women's wrestler as talented as "The Boss" Sasha Banks is not regularly featured at the top of the WWE's women's division anymore, one very possible reason is that she isn't reportedly in Vince McMahon's good books. Apparently, Vince believes Sasha is "injury prone" nowadays, hence why she has been firmly planted in the midcard without many lengthy title reigns.

Another possible reason why Sasha's not in Vince's good graces at this point could be due to the fact that Banks recently had "heat" with one of Vince's favourites, Alexa Bliss. Without a doubt, Alexa is one of Vince's favoured women's wrestlers (hence why she's been pushed heavily), and Sasha Banks having personal issues with Bliss is bound to garner Banks heat with McMahon. Regardless, Sasha Banks is definitely one of the companies best female wrestlers, so it is very unfortunate that she has not been given many opportunities as of late.
