Money in the Bank was a formidable show throughout. The two simultaneous ladder matches provided some stellar entertainment and yet again proved just how important cinematic experiences are going to be for the WWE in the current scenario that the world finds itself in.
There were no title changes at Money in the Bank but the crisp nature of the matches ensured an engaging product, right from start to finish. I for one, approve of the company's decision to keep the PPV short but high octane at the same time which made for a great viewing experience.
Now even though WWE managed to put together another great show, there were several spots and booking decisions that have surely left the fans scratching their heads. Thus, let us now look at the five biggest questions that the WWE Universe has been left pondering about following the events of Money in the Bank.

#5 What's next for Aleister Black and Rey Mysterio following Money in the Bank?
In what is certainly not a common sight in WWE, two Superstars were thrown off the roof during the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match. As things started to reach a tipping point, King Corbin decided that it be best for him to just launch Aleister Black and Rey Mysterio off the top of the building and he did just that.
So then, what exactly happened to the two? And what's in store for them in the near future?
I believe that Black has simply too much momentum to be written off television after his fall at Money in the Bank. However, he has also lost some of the sinister enigma that he became known for during his NXT days. The Dutch Destroyer could potentially be repacked in a darker gimmick and hinted at the same with a quirky tweet.
For Rey Mysterio though, things don't look that pretty. His contract is reportedly expiring later this year and there have been no breakthroughs on an extension. Moreover, The Master of the 619 isn't getting any younger and the fact that his son Dominick is preparing for his WWE debut too, you really cannot see Mysterio signing with another promotion. So is this perhaps the end of the line for The Ultimate Underdog? Only time will tell.
#4 Why was Murphy MIA at Money in the Bank?
Only two weeks ago, Murphy coming out of nowhere to eat a Claymore Kick for his leader Seth Rollins made all the headlines. Most fans expected The Disciple to play a significant role in the WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and the Monday Night Messiah at Money in the Bank. However, Murphy did not even make an appearance, let alone impacting the course of proceedings.
So where was he then, when his Messiah needed him? Sure Seth Rollins delivered some big blows to his Scottish rival, but he surely could've used his help at Money in the Bank? After all, a true leader's strength lies in the devotion of his followers, right?
Perhaps this story has Judas involved too. Perhaps Murphy has decided to betray the Monday Night Messiah and charted out a plan for himself. Just like Seth Rollins himself, the WWE Universe will also be looking for some answers in this regard. Expect WWE to address this issue on the RAW after Money in the Bank.
#3 What happened to the tensions between Sasha Banks and Bayley?
Over the last month or so of WWE programming, best friends Sasha Banks and Bayley seemed to be getting involved in one miscommunication after another. The commentators and backstage interviewers too made it a point to bring up the issue repeatedly. But then we saw the camaraderie return in its best form at Money in the Bank.
The Legit Boss would once again come to the aid of Bayley as she retained her SmackDown Women's Championship against Tamina. In addition to the same, not once did the two friends engage in scuffles of any kind during the length of the entire match at Money in the Bank.
So then, has WWE once again decided to delay the possible feud between these two Superstars as was being hinted over the last month? And if that indeed is the case, then who will challenge Bayley for her title following her successful defense at Money in the Bank? Would Tamina ask for a rematch because of The Legit Boss' involvement? I guess only time will tell.
#2 Who will Otis cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on?
Asuka winning the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase opens up a series of likely possibilities but in any case, she's in a position to challenge for the top women's title on any of the three WWE brands. However, things aren't as clear when it comes to Mr. Money in the Bank, Otis.
If you think that he's not ready yet to enter the main event scene of SmackDown, the majority of the WWE Universe would agree with you. At the same time, Otis has actually gone on to explicitly claim that he will be looking to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships in an interview prior to the PPV.
So will the Heavy Machinery member actually go ahead and make good on his claim? There are several other factors to ponder here as well since first of all, Tucker hasn't been seen on the Blue brand since the SmackDown after WrestleMania, so is it technically possible for such a cash-in to actually take place?
If WWE does decide to go ahead with it though, it will be the most unique way to put that Money in the Bank contract to use.
#1 How will Bray Wyatt respond to Braun Strowman's mind games at Money in the Bank?
For almost a year now, the WWE Universe has seen Bray Wyatt donning a mask and playing mind games with his competitors. However, the tables turned at Money in the Bank as Braun Strowman put on the black sheep mask and decided to get into his former leader's head.
The Monster Among Men would eventually retain his Universal Championship following this deception with an absolutely devastated Wyatt staring into an empty void as the match reached its conclusion on Money in the Bank.
This rivalry seems far from over and the flashes of The Fiend that accompanied Wyatt's brooding image following the end of the Universal title bout at Money in the Bank suggests that the former Eater of Worlds just might not be done yet with Strowman.
So how exactly will Wyatt retaliate? A hellacious ambush from The Fiend seems to be on the card but remember that Strowman is no pushover himself. So what will happen if the two do in fact come face to face? We'll have to wait and see.
