Let's take a look at the five biggest questions from WWE RAW, NXT, and SmackDown this week.

#5 Should WWE do something about the 24/7 Championship?

WWE unveiled the 24/7 Championship on the May 20, 2019, episode of Monday Night RAW by Mick Foley. Since then, the title has changed hands at least 145 times. At first, the creative team built some entertaining storylines around it.

R-Truth and Drake Maverick had some of the best rivalries for the 24/7 Championship. However, over the past few months, the title has lost its charm. The usual sequence of a few superstars running around the arena to chase the champion has become repetitive at this point.

Some underutilized talents such as Akira Tozawa and Drew Gulak do receive television time regardless of the quality of the segments. But should WWE do much more with the 24/7 Championship?

On this week’s episode of RAW, R-Truth was set to team up with Jaxson Ryker for a match against Elias and Cedric Alexander. However, Truth got distracted by Akira Tozawa and the 24/7 Championship, which prompted him to skip the match altogether.

WWE should look to construct more meaningful rivalries for the title. Just like the Million Dollar Championship on NXT, RAW could look to use the 24/7 gold to elevate a few mid-card superstars.

What are your thoughts on the recent 24/7 Championship segments? Should WWE invest more effort into booking this particular title scenario?

#4 Why did WWE throw in a random match between Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal on RAW?

WWE RAW is building towards some big bouts for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. Kofi Kingston will challenge WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at the event. Meanwhile, Drew McIntyre will compete in the men's ladder match in hopes of winning the MITB contract.

This week on RAW, fans witnessed a singles contest between former allies McIntyre and Jinder Mahal. Despite their well-known history as 3MB members, there was not much buildup to the match, and McIntyre won via disqualification.

Many fans wanted Mahal to cost McIntyre his Money in the Bank opportunity so that the two could later engage in a big rivalry. Instead, WWE just booked a match between the two men on RAW to get the feud started.

Was it the right move to pit these two men against each other without building up a major angle? Should the creative team have waited a while before putting The Maharaja up against McIntyre?

Monday Night RAW has featured some questionable decisions over the past few months. This could be one of the biggest matches the creative team has booked without a major buildup.

#3 Why is WWE RAW struggling to build good women’s storylines?

WWE RAW has significantly improved its booking for the men’s roster over the past few weeks. Ricochet and John Morrison have had two great matches, while Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods' rivalry with MVP and Bobby Lashley has been quite interesting thus far.

Even the tag team division is slightly improving, and Riddle has added a new dimension to the red brand. However, the women’s roster continues to suffer from poor creative decisions lately.

Eva Marie’s return to WWE and her partnership with Doudrop hasn’t been all too great. Meanwhile, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax have been all over the place with their on-screen storylines.

Worst of all, WWE has struggled to create a strong segment involving Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair. Both superstars are undoubtedly the top two women on RAW. However, the RAW Women’s Championship storyline seems rather weak.

Why hasn’t the creative team been able to build captivating women’s storylines on RAW? Why did Charlotte Flair come out on this week's show, acting as if she was injured for a short while before brawling with her rival? Is Ripley the heel in the storyline or the babyface?

The storyline involving Alexa Bliss, Jax, and Baszler fell flat on its face. The same may end up happening for Eva Marie and Doudrop.

How exactly do you think WWE can build better storylines for women on RAW?

#2 Will WWE utilize Samoa Joe to take the NXT Championship off of Karrion Kross' shoulders?

Karrion Kross won his second WWE NXT Championship from Finn Balor a few months ago. Since then, Kross has proven to be a dominant champion. He managed to retain his title in a Fatal 5-Way match at NXT TakeOver: In Your House 2021.

Kross is set to face Johnny Gargano in a one-on-one contest on the upcoming episode of NXT.

Meanwhile, Samoa Joe returned to NXT a few weeks ago and quickly became the new enforcer on the brand. Apart from Adam Cole, Joe has had a few intense moments with Kross. The Samoan Submission Machine will play the role of a guest referee during the match between Johnny Wrestling and the current NXT Champion.

Could Joe cost Karrion Kross the title after the two end up exchanging a few blows?

While WWE may not take the title off Kross this week, he could soon end up losing the title and moving to the main roster.

The possibility of Samoa Joe costing him the title may allow the current NXT Champion to retain his credibility.

#1 What’s next for Cesaro on WWE SmackDown?

Cesaro had a good start to 2021 on WWE SmackDown. In his first WrestleMania main card singles match this year, Cesaro defeated a major star like Seth Rollins.

That’s not all, as The Swiss Superman also got a match for the Universal Championship against Roman Reigns. However, over the past few weeks, Cesaro’s stock had started to go down.

On this week’s SmackDown, he competed in a match against Rollins for a spot in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Cesaro was busted open during the contest and failed to defeat The Messiah.

Now, Rollins is one of the favorites to win the MITB briefcase. However, what’s next for Cesaro after his loss on SmackDown? Can the WWE creative team push him into another major rivalry, or will he fall down the pecking order again?

WWE could also look to move Cesaro back into the tag team division. Whatever is in store for The Swiss Superman in the future, let's hope the company doesn't give up on his on-screen push anytime soon.
