There are only less than two days left for WrestleMania 35. The MetLife Stadium in New York will witness a historical WrestleMania that may span over a mammoth total of eight hours. The 2019 edition of WrestleMania would also mark the first time where the main event would be contested between women. RAW Women's champion Ronda Rousey, Smackdown LIVE Women's champion Charlotte Flair and the 2019 Royal Rumble winner Becky Lynch will headline WrestleMania 35 in a Winner Takes All match.

While the Show of Shows this year has a packed card ranging from regular singles grudge matches to the triple threat main event - some humongous names are missing from the cards - even with two battle royales. Some Superstars are injured and are in a recovery period. However, some of the regulars in WrestleMania are also not making an appearance this time. In this list, we will take a look at a few of the biggest names that will not wrestle at WrestleMania 35.

#5. John Cena

John Cena was WWE's franchise player a few years ago. However, times have changed, and now, Cena is a top star in Hollywood. Still, the Cenation leader often finds time to compete at the Showcase of the Immortals.

At the WrestleMania of last year, Cena challenged the Undertaker in a losing effort. The year before, he teamed up with Nikki Bella to take on the team of The Miz and Maryse. Even at WrestleMania 32, Big Match John made an appearance despite being injured at that time.

However, this time, that may not be the case. Cena is not advertised for the event. Even he makes an impromptu appearance, he would be involved in a match since the event is already long enough.

#4. Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens made a surprise return as a babyface to WWE last month where he replaced Kofi Kingston from the WWE Championship match at WWE Fastlane 2019. Owens could not win the bout. However, the Prizefighter does not have a rivalry while heading into the Showcase of the Immortals in 2019.

Owens has been involved in some of the Marquee matches in the last two WrestleManias. At WrestleMania 33, Owens fought Chris Jericho in an intense and personal war to claim the United States championship from Jericho. Last year, he teamed up with his best friend Sami Zayn to battle the team of Shane McMahon and a returning Daniel Bryan in a losing effort.

Owens has always been involved in a compelling storyline before his injury. However, it looks like Owens has to miss his first WrestleMania after his return since WWE has not even announced Owens' name in the list of Superstars for the Andre the Giant memorial battle royale.

#3. Alexa Bliss

After the start of the Women's revolution in WWE, Alexa Bliss was one of the most popular females in WWE Roster. Little Miss Bliss has been a multiple-time Women champion - on both RAW as well as Smackdown LIVE.

While entering WrestleMania 33, Bliss was the reigning Smackdown LIVE Women's champion. However, Bliss tapped out to Naomi in a six-pack challenge match to drop her title and eventually move to the Red Brand.

Bliss was also the Women's champion during her WrestleMania 34 match against her former best friend Nia Jax - but this time for RAW. Even though she lost her title at Mania 33, Bliss won it back soon enough at Money in the Bank 2018 by cashing in on Nia Jax.

However, after dropping the title to Ronda Rousey and suffering a concussion, Bliss hasn't been in action much as of late. Alexa Bliss is the host of WrestleMania 35, but would not wrestle at the event.

#2. Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt - the Eater of Worlds - had a promising start to his WrestleMania career after getting a regular one on one match against John Cena at WrestleMania 30. Even though Wyatt lost the bout, his future was looking bright. The following year, Wyatt got another massive match at the Showcase of the Immortals - this time against the deadman - The Undertaker.

Wyatt single-handedly pushed the feud forwards and deserved the win - but came short of defeating the legendary Deadman.

At WrestleMania 32, Wyatt and his accomplices had an encounter with another legendary WWE Superstar - The Rock. However, for the third year on the row, Wyatt had a forgettable experience as his mate Eric Rowan was squashed in less than ten seconds by the Great One. In 2017, Wyatt lost his WWE title to Randy Orton.

Wyatt has never won a single match at the Show of Shows. It looks like that it would not change anytime soon since Wyatt is not advertised for the event.

#1. The Undertaker

The first name that appears on everyone's mind when he or she hears the name WrestleMania is The Undertaker. The legendary WWE Superstar had an undefeated streak of 21 and 0 at the Showcase of the Immortals. The Deadman was the cornerstone in WrestleMania's success, and his streak was so prominent that WWE began advertising his streak as a selling point from the mid-2000s.

Even after losing his legendary streak to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30, Taker made an appearance at every WrestleMania since then. He defeated the likes of Bray Wyatt, Shane McMahon and John Cena in the subsequent years and lost to Roman Reigns.

However, The Phenom's legendary WrestleMania career might be coming to a close soon since WWE are not advertising the Undertaker for WrestleMania 35. Even though many have spotted Taker backstage for WrestleMania 35, it is not sure if he would wrestle at the event.
