Love him or hate him, his No.30 entrance will go down in history as a massive shocker

The recently concluded Royal Rumble was one of the best in recent years. It had everything from exceptional surprises to good booking. The right superstars got the attention, and will undoubtedly benefit from it, in the coming weeks.

However, one superstar whose booking is still confusing the WWE Universe, is Dolph Ziggler. He won a title, relinquished it, disappeared, and reappeared at No.30 to do absolutely nothing. His 'superkick party' began and ended with his quick elimination.

We look at five superstars who could have made a much bigger impact compared to 'The ShowOff' at the #30 position.

#5 Jason Jordan

The perfect spoilt brat, Jason Jordan
The perfect spoilt brat, Jason Jordan

One of the most annoying characters in WWE today, Jason Jordan has developed a weird connection with the WWE Universe. His initial push as Angle's son was met with utmost disappointment, but the proverbial "slow burn" of Jordan has been beautiful to watch.

He went from becoming a Reigns 2.0 to a Kurt Angle-esque character, where the audience is booing him and WWE wants exactly that. Him coming at No.30, bragging that he received it due to his father being GM, could have been a great way to make him an even more hated heel.

Imagine him coming out at No.30 to his father's theme, the uproar would have been humongous.

#4 Triple H

ITS TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!!
It's time to play the game!

The two-time Royal Rumble winner did not make an appearance at the show where the 'Road to WrestleMania' officially begins. Triple H is one of the most decorated superstars currently in the company, and as he proved in November last year, he's still got it.

Triple H is expected to make a appearance at WrestleMania in one way or another, so, a #30 entry, followed by the start of a new feud could have been great.

Triple H could have been the perfect surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble match, giving an even better story to the 'New generation vs Old generation' dynamic that unfolded towards the end of the match.

#3 The Velveteen Dream

Just how good is the Velveteen Dream?
Just how good is the Velveteen Dream?

The former Tough Enough contestant, who has since become a major superstar in WWE's developmental territory NXT, is a guaranteed future superstar. Velveteen Dream is everything a proper sports entertainer should be, a fantastic gimmick, pinpoint mannerisms and a bucket-load of charisma.

WWE gave two NXT stars- Cien Almas and Adam Cole- a run in the match, introducing them to the casual audience. The Velveteen Dream, who is now only 22 years old, has 'future main-eventer' written all over him, so, giving the WWE Universe a sneak peek of his abilities would have been phenomenal!

A solid run in the main roster is what we need soon.

#2 Drew McIntyre

The Chosen One Drew Mcintyre

A former Intercontinental and NXT champion, Drew McIntyre has come a long way from his jobber days in WWE. He had an absolutely ballistic run with the NXT title, before losing it to Andrade "Cien" Almas.

Drew Mcintyre is a perfect WWE superstar. He has got the looks, the wrestling skills, decent promo skills. He could be the next big thing in WWE, but WWE's decision to send every new superstar over to NXT for a trial run is baffling.

Drew debuting on the main roster at No.30 would've been a major mark-out moment!

#1 The Undertaker

En
The Phenom vs The Franchise will be huge

The Undertaker gave a chilling promo last week about how he has destroyed legends throughout his career. His promo didn't feature anything about his retirement, so the fans can only keep guessing about the Deadman's career.

However, the rumours of The Undertaker facing Cena in a match at WrestleMania have picked up steam the last couple of months. This is a mega money match, which WWE has passed on for a long time.

Undertaker entering the Royal Rumble at #30, facing off with John Cena and officially beginning the feud, would've sent the whole WWE Universe into a frenzy.
