It's time to play the game, this week on SmackDown

Believe it or not, this week's episode of SmackDown maybe even better than what we witnessed last week. In case you missed the action, please do take a moment to check out my 'Best and Worst' analysis before you come to this article.

All the pieces are in place for the show to be quite exciting. With Money in the Bank on the horizon, Bruce Prichard and the rest of the creative think tank will put their best foot forward to bring us the best possible show.

Feel free to let me know exactly what you think of my article and what you think WWE should do on this week's show in the comments section. Rest assured that all your thoughts are welcome even if you think that the surprises that I may have suggested may not necessarily be ideal for the current product.

#5 Triple H enters the Money in the Bank match

If you click on the link that I have shared above, you can hear Triple H's other avatar. Let it not distract you from the fact that he is one of the greatest ever to step in the ring. And this week, we shall look back at his career and celebrate his legacy.

Michael Cole, coincidentally, made a big deal of the fact that there are few things that The Game has not accomplished in his career and one of them is winning a Money in the Bank contract. So, could this be the year when Triple H enters and goes on to win the Money in the Bank ladder match then?

Because of the smokes and mirrors involved when the match emanates from the WWE Corporate Headquarters, Triple H could certainly get involved.

#4 The New Day shows the first cracks

Aside from the fact that Vince McMahon probably wants them to be the most decorated tag team unit in the history of the business, there has to be a reason why The New Day became the SmackDown Tag Team Champions for another run. I think the answer is quite simple if you think about it.

This is a team that everyone has said should have split up a long time ago because the novelty has worn off considering how long they have been at the top. But through thick and thin, the WWE think tank has kept them together owing to the great amount of merchandise that the trio sells, in addition to how good they are in the ring, putting on great programs with just about everyone.

But if the hacker leaks footage this week showcasing just how one of the members of The New Day has been conspiring against the rest, it could lay the foundation for a potential heel turn at some point down the line. Maybe Big E is caught conspiring against Kofi Kingston?

#3 Sheamus confronts Triple H

It just seems like Sheamus is waiting for that one big opportunity since his big return to WWE. He seems like he is in the best shape of his life, but the fact is that he has not been booked in compelling programs.

I have a feeling that Sheamus, who has been complaining about being overlooked in previous shows, could potentially confront Triple H and talk to him about how the past is celebrated but the future is forgotten. And it could lead to a feud between the two men with Triple H as the clear babyface.

This is, of course, if you discount option number 5 of this list where I have speculated that The Game could be a part of the Money in the Bank ladder match.

Triple H is putting over stars in a huge way on big stages and I have a feeling that he could certainly launch Sheamus to the stratosphere if he does that with the Irishman at Money in the Bank this year.

#2 Tucky becomes jealous of Mandy Rose

Have you had a chance to check out Sportskeeda's own Stephanie Chase in conversation with WWE Superstar Mandy Rose? If not, please have a listen right here. Rose has a very unique take on performing without a live crowd and I'm guessing that you guys will enjoy listening to her.

But how does the SmackDown hacker get involved in a big way on this week's show, you ask? While I have outlined one possibility already, he could, once again, get involved in the Otis and Mandy Rose storyline by leaking footage of Tucker sabotaging the relationship between the two because he is jealous of their closeness.

I mean we all know the feeling of someone close to us getting into a relationship and then maintaining a distance from the ones he/she held dear once upon a time, and this feeling could play a major role in WWE's storylines.

Heavy Machinery may be split up and the focus could shift towards building Otis as a potential breakout star in the singles division.

#1 Drew Gulak causes a major upset

A lot of people don't realize just how good King Corbin is at his job. He is just one of those individuals who does not need a string of victories to get over and thus, can be used to put his opponents over in a very big way.

So, when he takes on Drew Gulak to potentially qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match, I think it is all too possible that Gulak could score a big victory. And this could happen so as to set up a scenario where Drew Gulak costs Daniel Bryan his chance to become Mr. Money in the Bank, at the pay-per-view.

As great as their team is, we all know that eventually, WWE may want the two men to work with one another. They are great mat-based wrestlers and there is a very rabid fanbase that is actively looking out for this style of wrestling on their television screens.

And all of this could begin with an upset, where the King suffers a loss.
