On WWE RAW this week, The Miz hosted a big episode of Miz TV. The segment helped WWE build towards the men's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Apart from that, Charlotte Flair gave an update regarding her health. The Queen came out holding a crutch until Rhea Ripley mocked her. The two women ended up brawling as a build-up towards their match for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

A few big matches were held during the night to build new rivalries. Take a look at the five things WWE got right on RAW this week.

#5 Ricochet and John Morrison put on another good contest on WWE RAW

The Miz and John Morrison opened WWE RAW this week with another episode of Miz TV. The Miz declared Morrison would win the Money in the Bank briefcase before calling out the guests for the night.

One by one, Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, and Riddle made their way out. Riddle climbed to the top of the ladder and claimed that he was really high and a little sad. He said he would dedicate his win at MITB to Randy Orton.

AJ Styles and Omos complained about how Styles was never pinned in the match last week. He demanded a spot in the MITB match before Omos tipped over the ladder to send Riddle crashing down. A brawl broke out and fans soon got another match between Johnny Drip Drip and Ricochet.

Both men put on another good performance, complementing each other’s style, and taking the fight outside the ring. Morrison countered an attack from Ricochet and powerbombed him into the barricade.

The action picked up soon after and Morrison hit a great standing Spanish fly to keep control of the match. The fight spilled over to the floor once again, and The Miz helped keep Ricochet out for long enough for JoMo to score a win by countout.

The initial segment wasn't too great but helped WWE book a couple of matches for the night. The match that followed was pure class once again as Ricochet and Morrison got a chance to show off their skills.

Morrison deserves to get a push as a singles performer. He’s too talented to be taking losses from other superstars as a comedy act. Fans will likely watch the two superstars compete once again next week before MITB.

#4 T-Bar and Mace returned to WWE RAW; Mustafa Ali and Mansoor got a match

T-Bar and Mace had been missing from WWE RAW for several weeks. The two men finally returned for a match against The Lucha House Party. Lince Dorado tried to slow Mace down but paid the price. He was caught mid-air and dumped outside the ring.

T-Bar attacked Dorado outside the ring and the two powerhouses kept control of the contest for some time. It looked like T-Bar and Mace would pick up the victory with ease, but Dorado rolled up T-Bar with a hurricanrana into a pin for the win.

It was good to watch the two tag teams compete once again. The creative team should have T-Bar and Mace in the running for the RAW Tag Team Championships soon.

Earlier, Mansoor and Mustafa Ali met in the ring for a match after several weeks of interactions backstage. The former leader of RETRIBUTION looked to teach Mansoor a thing or two about competing in the ring.

The two men had some technical exchanges early on before shifting things up a notch on RAW. Mansoor dominated the contest and delivered some good strikes to Ali.

Late in the match, Ali got his foot stuck in the ropes and Mansoor helped the referee get it free. He checked on his opponent and got rolled up for a pin instead.

Ali did well to play a good heel against Mansoor in the contest. Both men need to get some screen time, and such matches could help them develop a good storyline.

#3 Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre had a good match on WWE RAW

Fans got a surprise on WWE RAW this week when Drew McIntyre went up against his former 3MB stablemate, Jinder Mahal. WWE could have turned this match into a big rivalry, but the creative team decided to book it this week.

Veer and Shanky joined Mahal while McIntyre came out with his sword. Both men used their power to get the better of each other. McIntyre delivered a few big moves to establish his dominance during the contest.

Mahal used dirty tactics to remain in the match and get the better of The Scottish Warrior. He slammed McIntyre into the announce table and controlled the match for some time.

McIntyre recovered and spiked Mahal with a Future Shock DDT. He set himself up to hit the Claymore, but Veer and Shanky got involved and caused a disqualification. The Maharaja and his men beat down McIntyre and stole his sword.

The match allowed both men to show off their strengths. The ending suggests that both men will get into an extended rivalry that could stretch all the way until SummerSlam.

Mahal could even end up costing McIntyre during the Money in the Bank ladder match.

#2 Riddle picked up a huge victory on WWE RAW

Riddle further aggravated his foot injury during the opening segment of WWE RAW. The injured Bro faced AJ Styles in a singles match. Styles came out with Omos by his side and seemed a little too overconfident.

The Phenomenal One targeted Riddle’s foot early on and kept punishing him. The Bro then channeled his inner Daniel LaRusso and hit a crane kick to make a comeback.

The Karate Bro could not keep up the act for long as Omos tripped him while Styles argued with the referee. Riddle still kept fighting and delivered a few top moves to stay alive in the contest.

He missed a Floating Bro attempt and landed on his bad leg. Styles hit him with a Phenomenal Fireman’s Carry to nearly pick up the win. The Viking Raiders arrived to cause a distraction at ringside and Riddle rolled up the RAW Tag Team Champion to pick up the win.

The match was good and gave Riddle another chance to shine. However, WWE could have made the finish of the match a lot better.

It looks like the RAW creative team has a lot of faith in the superstar as he has managed to pick up some huge victories over the past year. Riddle will likely end up getting a big push following his partnership with Randy Orton.

#1 The New Day taught The Hurt Business a lesson on WWE RAW

The New Day went up against The Hurt Business in the final match of WWE RAW. MVP finally returned to the ring for the match after spending months out due to an injury.

MVP and Xavier Woods exchanged holds in the beginning before the trash-talking started. Woods targetted MVP’s previously injured leg to take control of the match.

But after Kofi Kingston and Bobby Lashley entered the ring, the action began to pick up. Lashley unloaded on his opponent for Money in the Bank with a few big shoulder thrusts.

Both teams kept trading control of the match to entertain the RAW fans. The Hurt Business isolated Woods for some time and nearly picked up the victory on a couple of occasions. Late in the match, MVP set up to hit Kofi with the Playmaker. However, the former WWE Champion countered with Trouble in Paradise for the win.

The match was entertaining and gave all four men a chance to show off their strengths. It was great to see MVP return to the ring. He did well in his role and took the pin as expected.

Kofi is again gaining a lot of momentum, and he could end up defeating The All Mighty at MITB. Meanwhile, Woods was great once again and built upon his own momentum with another top performance on RAW.
