For three decades, The Undertaker has instilled fear into the hearts of many wrestling fans and WWE Superstars as the most feared entity in the company. He left a path of destruction wherever he went and captured multiple championships along the way.
The Undertaker is one of the biggest names in WWE history, and his storied career is one that fans will converse about for many years to come. His career highlights include battles with big names such as Brock Lesnar, Shawn Michaels and Triple H.
Whenever it looked like The Undertaker was put down for good, he always managed to rise back up from the dead to take out his adversaries and stand tall in the end. Although The Deadman holds victories over such names, he hasn't been immune to defeats.

#5 Former WWE star Mr. Kennedy
Mr. Kennedy had the potential to be a top superstar in WWE, and he probably would have been one, if he wasn't involved in backstage politics. Vince McMahon was high on the former WWE United States Champion and was prepared to give him a push, which explains why the latter scored several wins over The Undertaker.
Mr. Kennedy was also originally supposed to be revealed as Vince McMahon's illegitimate son, but the plan was changed and the spot went to Hornswoggle instead. Unfortunately for Mr. Kennedy things only got worse from there on, as he was soon released from his contract.
After his departure, he claimed that his real-life heat with former WWE Champions John Cena and Randy Orton was the reason he never got his push, which eventually led to his release.
Mr. Kennedy asserted that Orton, in collaboration with John Cena, complained against him to the powers-that-be after he accidentally dropped The Viper on his head during a match, following which Mr. Kennedy was released from WWE.
#4 Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ahmed Johnson
Ahmed Johnson had the physical appearance to be a massive star in WWE, but he was still a bit green in the ring and didn't have much of a charisma.
The former football player made his WWE debut in July 1995 and although he won the Intercontinental Championship the following year, he never became a main event talent in the industry.
Despite that, he still scored a victory over The Undertaker. To add to the matter, he is also undefeated against The Phenom.
#3 Vladimir Kozlov
Vladimir Kozlov is one of WWE's biggest failed experiments, which the company probably wishes it could rectify. During his early years, Kozlov received a massive push portraying a villainous Russian character and it looked like WWE was going to make him their next big heelish wrestler.
In one of the most shocking losses in WWE history, Kozlov defeated The Undertaker clean on an episode of SmackDown in 2009 just a few weeks prior to The Deadman's iconic match with Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XXV.
Unfortunately for Vladimir Kozlov, things took an unexpected turn for him, as he was later placed in a comedic tag team with Santino Marella before getting released from the company.
#2 Former WWE King of the Ring Mabel
Former WWE wrestler Mabel—also known as King Mabel, Viscera, and Big Daddy V, was among the list of monstrous figures who were initially given a push only to be buried or turned into comedic acts later on in their career.
Despite being limited in the ring due to his enormous size and not being a very good in-ring competitor, Vince McMahon was still adamant about pushing Mabel. The late WWE star was booked to win the 1995 King of the Ring tournament, and to get to the crown, he had to get past The Undertaker, which he easily did.
Despite winning the tournament and earning a WWE Championship match against Kevin Nash, King Mabel's rise declined significantly and he never reached the top of the mountain in WWE.
#1 Tito Santana
During WWE's European tour in 1991, former Intercontinental and tag team champion Tito Santana collided with The Undertaker in a regular match with no build-up.
Santana was portrayed as the babyface and was over with the crowd, and fans cheered loudly for him when he successfully defeated The Phenom in their only match in WWE.
Tito Santana was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 and during his career he accomplished a lot of things including competing in the first nine WrestleMania events.
However, he was never used as a main event level talent in the company, and he didn't have the credibility to beat The Undertaker, who at that time was booked as a dominant performer that was seemingly impervious to pain.
After three piledrivers, Tito pinned The Deadman to win the bout. Looking at what The Undertaker has accomplished throughout his lengthy career, his loss to Tito Santana is probably one that he would like to remain forgotten.
