Kayfabe Lies: Brock Lesnar has been regularly defending his Universal Championship

He’s been defending his belt all along!

What's the story?

While many fans will believe that Brock Lesnar should be stripped of his WWE Universal Championship the Raw after Payback, as per the ‘30-day’ rule, we can exclusively reveal that Brock is, in fact, making regular title defences.

Home sweet home

The reason nobody has seen Lesnar defend the belt, is because Brock is choosing to be the first ever Champion to defend his Universal championship from home, in his very own farm. This was one of the many stipulations that Brock requested be added to his contract, prior to re-signing in 2012.

Brock’s idea to defend his title from the comfort of his home was said to be influenced by The Broken Hardys and their matches at the Hardy compound.

Speaking to our source , Brave Schmeltzer, we can confirm that Brock is having opponents flown out to Saskatchewan, where they will then take a car to his farm near Maryfield, just west of the Manitoba border and 250 kilometers southeast of Regina- just so that the champ can make regular title defenses.

Schmeltzer also claims that, all Brock's defenses have been "Falls can count anywhere on the farm" matches. Just one day before the WWE Superstar Shake-up, Brock made one of his title defenses, defeating mandatory challenger, Kevin Owens, with an F5 off a tractor.

Brock’s next title defense will be against Sheamus. Sheamus should provide stiff competition for Brock, as his Irish background means he is familiar with farms. Much like Sheamus, Lesnar takes great pride in his roots, claiming that the way he grew up instilled many of the values that have helped him in life.

Brock lives a simple lifestyle, preferring quiet time with his family over the fame and party lifestyle. Which is understandable, given that Brock is married to ex-WWE Diva Sable, and therefore, doesn’t really have much reason to leave the farm, unless they run out of food, which is unlikely, given that his farm is full of chickens, cows and crops.

Lesnar once said: “I just want to raise my kids on the farm and have them grow up learning how to work on the farm and building that strong work ethic, just like I did.”

Summary

So while many fans will be wondering why Brock won’t be stripped of the Universal Championship on May 2nd (30 days after his WrestleMania), Kayfabe lies readers will know the truth. Brock Lesnar doesn’t want to leave his farm fight, so as requested by the Beast Incarnate, Vince McMahon is sending the fight to his farm.

Stay tuned for more Kayfabe lies, as we completely make up stories to fill in blanks that the WWE writers did not.
