"BREAKING" - WWE announces new PLE; surprise country to be host the event

WWE is a brand that has fans all around the world, so it's no surprise to see the company take its special events across the globe. The company announced that they will be airing a premium live event hosted in a brand new country.

WWE is already heading to Perth, Australia, for Elimination Chamber in February 2024 on the Road to Wrestlemania. The company has now added another country to its list of destinations for premium live events.

Through their official X/Twitter account, the Stamford-based promotion announced that they would be emanating a PLE from the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany. The event is very aptly named Bash in Berlin and will be held on August 31, 2024.

The company will be returning to Europe for a PLE for the first time since Money in The Bank earlier this year, which was held in the O2 Arena in London. The event is a rare opportunity for fans in Germany to witness some of the biggest matches featuring the biggest stars.
