Brock Lesnar didn't wait long to get payback for his loss at WWE Backlash. A bruised and broken Beast Incarnate returned on RAW and immediately set his sights on Cody Rhodes once again.

During the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament, Cody faced The Miz and Finn Balor for a shot at the semi-finals. As he had Miz pinned with a triple Cross Rhodes, he was dragged to the floor by Lesnar, who F-5'd him on the floor before driving him through a table.

After that vicious beatdown, Lesnar grabbed a microphone, forcing Rhodes to look at his broken face before issuing a challenge.

"Look at this face. Look at this face! What do you wanna talk about, Cody? What do you wanna talk about? I wanna talk about me. Me, Cody. I wanna talk about me! Me, me, me, me! Cody Rhodes, look at my face! You wanna take credit for this, Cody? You lucked into this face. You lucked into the victory Saturday night! I wanna talk about a fight. I wanna talk about a fight! A fight! I want a fight! You. Me. Night of Champions. A fight. What do you got to say to that? Who is the coward now?"

It looks like Cody Rhodes won't be able to finish the story until he finishes business with Brock Lesnar. The Beast Incarnate has laid down the gauntlet for Night of Champions.

Brock Lesnar ruined a rematch between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

Up until now, Night of Champions has only had one match announced. The finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament will be held then, leading to the crowning of the first champion. It looks like we can now add Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes to the event. Unfortunately, this came at the cost of an epic rematch on RAW.

Seth Rollins and Finn Balor advanced to the semi-finals, leading to a singles bout at the end of the show. Lesnar robbed Rhodes of a chance to reignite his feud with Rollins.

Though Rollins won't have to face the man who beat him three times in a row, he still has history with Balor, who defeated him to become the first-ever Universal Champion back in 2016.

How will Rhodes respond when WWE heads to Saudi Arabia on May 27th?
