AJ Styles has delivered a message to his opponent ahead of their clash for the World Heavy Championship at WWE Night of Champions.

Seth Rollins and AJ Styles earned their way into the upcoming title match on recent episodes of RAW and SmackDown. The two extraordinarily talented superstars will battle at the Jeddah Superdome in Saudi Arabia on May 27th to crown a new World Heavyweight Champion.

Speaking with Inside the Ropes, AJ Styles complimented Seth Rollins and noted that he has always been a special talent and is still one of the best in the company:

"It's about time I'm back in the heavyweight title picture, and unfortunately, I'm up against Seth Rollins, who is probably one of the best. I said it a long time ago that he is going to be great, and nothing has changed. He's still one of the best, no doubt about it, so we will see what happens," said AJ Styles. [From 00:18 - 00:33]

Roman Reigns is the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion but will compete at the premium live event for a different title.

AJ Styles on Seth Rollins' longevity in WWE

The WWE Universe is anticipating a tremendous match between the two veterans when they battle for the newly introduced World Heavyweight Championship on May 27th.

During his conversation on Inside the Ropes, The Phenemonal One continued to heap praise on Seth Rollins ahead of their title match next weekend. He discussed The Visionary's ever-changing character and how it has attributed to his longevity in the wrestling business:

"I think that there's layers to Seth's character, and that is what you want in wrestling. That's longevity, and he's doing it unbelievably well right now. I'm not surprised, though, this guy keeps working hard. He keeps doing his thing, he's a go-getter. I get it, so not surprised," added Styles. [From 04:02 - 04:20]

Styles and The O.C. were selected by SmackDown in this year's draft, and Triple H has already announced that the World Heavyweight Championship will be exclusive to RAW. It will be interesting to see if AJ Styles will have to switch brands if he leaves next weekend's premium live event as the reigning World Heavyweight Champion.
