Incredible upset in the main event of SmackDown after John Cena gets involved

An incredible upset just happened in the main event of WWE SmackDown after John Cena got involved.

LA Knight has been on a meteoric rise in recent weeks, and is currently one of the top stars in the company. This resulted in him sharing the ring with John Cena recently as Fastlane.

Tonight on SmackDown, Cena came face to face with Roman Reigns. The leader of the Cenation then seemingly announced that LA Knight has earned a shot at Roman Reigns' title.

After a back-and-forth exchange between Roman and Knight, Jey Uso attacked him from behind, but his plan backfired. After Reigns told Solo Sikoa to handle Knight, he challenged him to a match in the main event.

Both men put on a decent fight. The match was pretty even throughout. However, chaos occurred towards the end. Jimmy Uso came out to attack Knight, but was stopped by Cena. Solo Sikoa then took out John Cena with the Samoan Spike. This momentary distraction allowed Knight to pick up the win, following a BFT. Following the match, Reigns speared Knight, standing tall to end the show.

This win might be the biggest win of LA Knight's career yet, and it comes as a surprise, because now this opens up the chance for him to face Roman Reigns in the future.
