Sasha Banks, now known as Mercedes Moné, has reacted to a heartwarming message from a WWE Superstar.

Banks' time in WWE came to an end in May 2022 as she and Naomi, who were the Women's Tag Team Champions at the time, decided to walk out of the company during an edition of RAW due to creative differences. The Glow has since signed with IMPACT Wrestling and performs as Trinity.

Earlier today, Bayley shared a photo with Indi Hartwell on her Instagram story. In her post, The Role Model quoted Hartwell's message to Mone, revealing her love for the former WWE Superstar.

"“Tell @themercedesvarnado I love her"- @indihartwell"

Mercedes Mone took to Instagram to react to the heartfelt message from Bayley and Indi Hartwell. She shared the post on her Instagram story and added a heart emoji, as seen in the image below.

Former WWE star Sasha Banks provides injury update

Mercedes Moné has been out of action with a broken ankle since May but recently shared that she is on her way back to the ring.

After departing the company, Banks debuted in NJPW as Mercedes Moné. She defeated KAIRI, now known as Kairi Sane in WWE, in her first match outside of the promotion and captured the IWGP Women's Championship at NJPW Battle in the Valley 2023.

Willow Nightingale defeated Mercedes Moné on May 21 to become the inaugural NJPW Strong Women's Champion, but the former superstar broke her ankle during the match.

The star discussed her injury earlier this month in a video on Cameo and stated that she cannot wait to get back into the ring. Mone added that she will be able to return to the squared circle in 2024.

"I cannot wait to be back in the ring. Expect me to return with some wrestling company in 2024. For sure, I cannot wait to be back in the squared circle." [From 0:00 to 0:11]

Mercedes Moné was shown in the crowd during AEW All In 2023 in August. It will be fascinating to see what lies ahead for the veteran and if she will ever make another appearance in the promotion as Sasha Banks.
