Welcome to another edition of the WWE Rumor Roundup on Sportskeeda. We have gone through all the top wrestling news from several sources to bring you the very best of the lot.

Two WWE Superstars have reportedly suffered injuries and their timeline is currently unknown. Brock Lesnar and Goldberg are unhappy with one particular WWE Superstar and more such stories feature in the roundup today.

Before we get to all that, here are the headline-makers of the day:

Vince McMahon unhappy with 2 Superstars

Vince McMahon is reportedly unhappy with Randy Orton and Tommaso Ciampa right now. The two have been going back and forth on Twitter following the NXT TakeOver: In Your House and things have not been great.

Bryan Alvarez has claimed on the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Live that the WWE Chairman is not happy with this feud on Twitter. He has got no plans to get the two in a feud in WWE any time soon and thus, does not want things teased on social media as well.

Orton and Ciampa reportedly violated the unwritten rule of not getting in a heated feud on social media without having actual plans for getting in the ring together. Alvarez noted:

All of this was just like, these two guys did something and now everyone is talking about it, and the impression I was given is that Vince was not happy with this.
For those of you who don't know, I'll tell you something very quickly about this. There are rules, and then there is Vince. Vince hates it when guys or women or whatever teases a match that he's not going to do, he hates that. But, if he starts booking a payoff, that's totally fine—a different set of rules.

Ciampa is still in NXT but is more laid back about his stance of not moving away from the Black & Gold brand now. Orton, on the other hand, takes on Edge at Backlash this Sunday.

Velveteen Dream's move from NXT to RAW/SmackDwon canceled

Matt Riddle's move from WWE NXT to WWE SmackDown has been confirmed, while reports suggest Dominik Dijakovic is also on the move. Dijakovic has also teased a move to Monday Night RAW by constantly posting on Twitter just hours ahead of the show.

Now, WrestleTalk's Louis Dangoor and Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer are reporting that the plan to move Velveteen Dream to RAW or SmackDown has been canceled. There were rumors of him making the move from WWE's third brand as well but things have reportedly changed backstage.

Talking about the plans changing, Dave Meltzer said:

So Velveteen Dream is not coming up. You know we were talking after the TakeOver show that maybe he lost, so he's coming up to the main roster. I was pretty much told that's not happening, now. I mean someday, of course, it will happen. It's not in the plans today.

Another Superstar who is reportedly making the move is said to be Chelsea Green, who fired Robert Stone on NXT.

Brock Lesnar and Goldberg unhappy with Matt Riddle

It is now an established fact that Brock Lesnar and Goldberg do not like Matt Riddle. Goldberg made it clear himself while Riddle confirmed there was a confrontation with Lesnar at Royal Rumble.

Dave Meltzer has now reported that the two WWE legends are not happy with him because of his unprofessional tactics. He said:

The thing with WWE and it's weird though because in WWE the unwritten rule is that if go you after somebody in public on the internet in your company or in somebody else's company, you're not supposed to do it, unless you're building up a match, in which case, of course, you're supposed to do it at that point. So, if you're building up a match, it makes but if you're not building up a match, like with Matt Riddle and Goldberg and Matt Riddle and Lesnar.
You know Lesnar and Goldberg were mad at Matt Riddle because it was like, he was doing his own business or whatever like, building his own feud but it's not a feud that's going to go anywhere, and they thought it was unprofessional for him to do it.

Lesnar is reportedly the reason why Riddle is moving to SmackDown and not RAW as the Beast Incarnate does not want to work with the NXT star.

2 more WWE Superstars injured

Jinder Mahal announced last week that he was injured once again and now Dave Meltzer has a big report on him. The Wrestling Observer journalist revealed that the former WWE Champion has a more serious injury than first thought.

Jinder confirmed that he had to go under the knife again, just weeks after making his return, but did not mention a return date. Meltzer reports that the injury is pretty significant.

Jinder Mahal had knee surgery. This was actually several days ago, and I think it was supposed to be minor, but it ended up being a lot more serious, so it's pretty significant.

Another WWE Superstar who has reportedly suffered a possible injury is Johnny Gargano. The NXT star hurt his hip and lower back at NXT TakeOver: In Your House according to Dave Meltzer.

Johnny Gargano hurt his hip and lower back in the match against Keith Lee. I don't know how serious it is.

Gargano was up against Keith Lee at the pay-per-view for the NXT North American Championship. Lee managed to successfully retain the title at the PPV.

Backstage reaction to Nexus debut

It has been 10 years since the Nexus debuted on WWE RAW and everyone remembers it like it happened last week. The members of the first-ever NXT season attacked John Cena and CM Punk during the main event and left a mark on WWE's main roster.

Wade Barrett was on Inside The Ropes recently and spoke about the backstage reaction to their incredible WWE debut. He said:

We walk back and the entire locker room stood there clapping like we just performed a miracle. I’m like, OK, this is strange, these people normally don’t even want to shake our hands, what’s going on here. Then I realized how big an impact this had. Vince is thrilled. Triple H is thrilled. The writers are thrilled. Then we saw a replay of what we done and they showed a close up of the crowds’ faces and they genuinely looked terrified like something they never seen before. The Nexus were reportedly set to make an appearance at WrestleMania this year but the pandemic situation put those plans at rest.
