The WWE Universe packs their local arena for a live RAW

The WWE Universe is one of the loudest and most engaged fanbases in all of sports and entertainment. Fans packed one recent event and left a unique impression on people in the company, and new details on the matter have leaked from backstage.

The RAW brand just wrapped up a four-night tour of the UK. Friday's show took place at the O2 Arena in London, England. The opener saw Jey Uso defeat Drew McIntyre, while the main event saw Cody Rhodes defeat Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship. Sportskeeda Wrestling has full results from the show, which also featured Sami Zayn and Damian Priest defending in title matches, among others.

Friday's live event in London was WWE's biggest non-televised live event crowd in a long time, according to PWInsider. The UK fans were described as "extremely rabid and wild" for their first show since late October.

Drew McIntyre roasts UK legend at WWE live event

Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney can often be spotted at World Wrestling Entertainment events as he is a noted fan. He was in attendance for Friday's live event from the O2 Arena in London as well.

Friday's show opened up with Jey Uso defeating Drew McIntyre in singles action. Before the match, The Scottish Warrior came out for a promo and decided to call out one famous fan seated in the front row: The Wazza.

McIntyre took to X and tweeted a clip of the interaction. The 38-year-old roasted Rooney for looking older than his age, which is also 38.

"Aren't we the same age? What the hell happened to you?," Drew McIntyre asked as Wayne Rooney smiled and laughed.

McIntyre is reportedly working with an injury right now, and there's no word yet on if he will take any time off to deal with the issue. He was defeated by Main Event Jey on all four nights of the UK tour that just wrapped up this weekend.
