3 interesting things that could happen on the upcoming episode of RAW (March 14, 2022)

The previous episode of WWE RAW was a power-packed event. While it had its ups and downs, it was well-received by fans and critics.

The episode featured Edge delivering an intense promo. The Master Manipulator is one of the best at cutting promos. In another major development, RK-Bro defeated Alpha Academy and Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens to become the new RAW Tag Team Champions. Furthermore, Damian Priest sent a stern message to Finn Balor, attacking him in his match against Austin Theory.

All in all, it was a well-booked show. WWE wants to continue the momentum when RAW emanates live this Monday night from the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.

#3. WWE officially announces RK-Bro vs. The Alpha Academy for WrestleMania 38

On the previous episode of RAW, RK-Bro defeated Alpha Academy and Rollins & Owens to become the new RAW Tag Team Champions. Orton then embraced Riddle, calling him his friend as fans cheered.

WWE announced that the newly crowned champions would host a celebration on the upcoming episode of RAW. However, expect the segment to turn south sooner rather than later.

Creative could have Alpha Academy interrupt RK-Bro to invoke their rematch clause for a shot at the tag-team championship at WrestleMania 38. However, it'd be interesting to see if WWE decides to add The Street Profits for a triple threat match at The Showcase of Immortals.

#2. Edge and AJ Styles engage in a brawl

Edge delivered an intense promo on the previous episode of RAW. The Master Manipulator looked "phenomenal" in his new appearance as he addressed AJ Styles.

While The Phenomenal One didn't feature due to a storyline injury, it could change on the upcoming episode of RAW. It should be noted WWE is advertising both AJ Styles and Edge for the upcoming episode, and a potential confrontation looks pretty likely.

Creative could have Styles return to confront Edge, leading to a massive brawl. Given how the former has been overshadowed by the latter in this feud so far, expect AJ to stand tall over his WrestleMania opponent next week on RAW.

#1. Cody Rhodes returns to WWE?

Cody Rhodes has been rumoured to be returning to WWE for a while now. Conflicting reports have cropped up regarding the same. Now, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports WWE still wants him at WrestleMania 38, and the former AEW star could possibly return on the upcoming episode of RAW:

“So here’s the situation. Obviously WWE wants him for WrestleMania, time is running out I think we have three weeks until WrestleMania. So I know there’s RAW on Monday in Jacksonville. If he’s going to be at WrestleMania, it'd make sense to debut in Jacksonville if they have a deal which we don’t know about." (H/T - WrestleTalk)

On another note, Rollins hasn't been booked for WrestleMania yet. However, that could change next week on RAW. Creative could have Cody return on the upcoming episode of RAW to lay down the bread crumbs for a potential WrestleMania match against Rollins.
