Brock Lesnar has been missing from RAW since he lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania. Lesnar's 'advocate' Paul Heyman has now joined forces with Roman Reigns and is the Special Counsel to the Tribal Chief on SmackDown.

While speaking to Talksport, Paul Heyman answered the question that has been on everyone's mind lately: What happens when The Beast returns to Monday Night RAW? Will Heyman join Brock Lesnar or continue to serve Roman Reigns.

Here is what Paul Heyman had to say:

“The safest thing that I can say for my well-being is that Brock Lesnar does whatever Brock Lesnar wants to do. It has been that way since Brock Lesnar was five years old and I don’t think that’s going to change anytime soon. I’m sticking to that soundbite.”

It is expected that Brock Lesnar will be returning to RAW around the time of WrestleMania next year, but only if the fans return to the arenas by then. In such a case, Heyman may continue to be by the side of both men considering they will be on separate brands.

#4 Drew McIntyre to feud with Bobby Lashley on RAW?

Drew McIntyre has had a tumultuous past couple of weeks in WWE. First, The Scottish Psychopath regained the WWE Championship by defeating Randy Orton on RAW. However, he was unable to defeat Roman Reigns at Survivor Series.

With both Randy Orton and Roman Reigns in his rearview mirror, it is intriguing as to who will be Drew McIntyre's next challenger on RAW. As per Dave Meltzer of WOR, it could be the current US Champion, Bobby Lashley.

''It's because Bobby Lashley has got a great look and they're protecting him for, which is weird cause again they're protecting him but I have no idea what for. I mean maybe they're going to go back to him and Drew. And that's fine if they do because they protected him for so long they might as well do something like that with him. He's just kind of the bully of The Hurt Business and everything like that."

Dave Meltzer stated that WWE is heavily protecting Lashley, and the reason could be that the feud between McIntyre and Lashley may be restarting soon.

#3 Edge and Beth Phoenix to face RAW Superstars Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania?

There have been reports suggesting that Edge will be facing RAW Superstar Bray Wyatt instead of Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37. Although it is mere speculation at this point, another idea that is being floated for Edge's return is for him to team up with his wife and take on Wyatt and Bliss at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

Here is what WrestleVotes stated:

Further: source states the initial idea came up as names were thrown around as possible opponents for a Wyatt & Bliss team at Mania. Edge & Beth Phoenix were mentioned. Source states both matches are "unlikely". Orton vs Edge remains the plan as of now.

Original plans for Edge's return to RAW was for him to resume his program with 'The Viper' Randy Orton with the two facing each other in an 'I Quit' match at WrestleMania.

However, it looks like WWE wants to do something fresh for The Rater-R Superstar's return, and a unique mixed tag team match could be the right answer.

#2 Sheamus set to betray Drew McIntyre on RAW

For the past couple of weeks on RAW, we have seen a budding friendship between former WWE Champion Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. The two men have been friends in the past, and even though Sheamus and McIntyre are polar opposites of each other, they harbor a great deal of respect for one another.

The Celtic Warrior even gifted McIntyre a kilt and sword on RAW ahead of his big match with Randy Orton. For those of you who thought this might be the advent of a new tag team, unfortunately, that will not be the case.

Dave Meltzer of WON has reported that WWE is planning a major betrayal angle involving Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. It is likely that the Celtic Warrior will gain the trust of the WWE Champion before turning on him and ensuring a title opportunity for himself in the process.

Sheamus has been languishing in the mid-card for a long time now, and a feud between the two men from the UK will certainly be something the fans would enjoy watching.

#1 Major backstage swerve on RAW involving Randy Orton

Randy Orton lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre on the RAW before Survivor Series. This came as a surprise to not only the fans but even everybody backstage. The general belief was that Randy Orton would be the one facing Roman Reigns at Survivor Series and taking the loss.

As per WON, the decision to make Drew McIntyre was kept close to the vest. Even Randy Orton came to know that he will be losing the WWE Championship when WWE set up a feud between Reigns and McIntyre on SmackDown.

''Drew McIntyre beat Randy Orton to win the WWE title on the 11/16 Raw show and moved into the top singles spot on the show where he faces Roman Reigns, with neither title at stake. The change was seemingly telegraphed on 11/13 when McIntyre did a show-long angle with Reigns, including beating Jey Uso in the television main event. All the key players involved prior to McIntyre beating on Raw were of the impression it was Reigns vs. Orton for the show. It is possible Orton was tipped off, but the belief among many in the company is Orton likely figured it out when he found out McIntyre was on Smackdown doing an angle with Reigns.''

Drew McIntyre became a two-time WWE Champion on RAW but could not defeat 'The Tribal Chief' Roman Reigns on Survivor Series.
