So without further ado, let us jump right in and check out the biggest rumors related to Monday Night RAW:

#5 Major backstage heat on RAW creative head Bruce Prichard

Bruce Prichard replaced Paul Heyman earlier this year as the creative head of RAW, thus becoming the Executive Director of both RAW and SmackDown. It is being noted that Prichard has risen to become the most powerful man in WWE after the McMahons.

PWInsider has reported that Bruce Prichard's word is considered 'the gospel' by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, who is still the most important figure in the company. This has led to a lot of heat and frustration among talent backstage.

Here is what Lennard Surrao of SportsKeeda stated (via PWinsider):

However, Bruce Prichard has also given rise to a considerable degree of frustration and heat amongst the talent, which is all because of his position in the company and the decision-making duties that are handed to him.

It was also noted that Bruce Prichard was not heading a recent episode of RAW. It was Triple H who was in-charge and The Game was seen as a breath of fresh air by the talent involved.

Having the responsibility of heading the creative for both RAW and SmackDown is a great task and, understandably, a lot of the talent will not agree with Prichard's vision.

#4 Backstage argument because of Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt's segment on RAW

Last week on RAW, we saw a bizarre opening segment involving Randy Orton, Alexa Bliss, and Bray Wyatt. Though the segment itself got mixed reactions from the fans, it was cause for a major backstage argument.

As per PWInsider, the promo was Vince McMahon's call and many agents argued that the segment was weak and needed to be altered or canned. However, the Chairman of WWE was adamant that the promo will take place on RAW.

''It has been revealed that the opening segment was '100% Vince McMahon's vision'. It was additionally reported that several people backstage argued against the RAW segment, as they felt it was weak and needed a lot of work before it was aired. There were calls for the segment to be overhauled, but it's nearly impossible to overrule the boss.'' (H/t: Lennard Surrao of SK)

The promo saw Bray Wyatt behave like a babyface when Orton set his sights on Alexa Bliss, clearly showing that the former RAW Women's Champion has become a weakness for The Fiend.

#3 The Fiend and Alexa Bliss to turn babyface on RAW

Speaking about The Fiend and Alexa Bliss, Dave Meltzer of WOR has reported that the plan for Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss on RAW is to turn them babyface in their program against Randy Orton.

Meltzer stated that 'The Viper' Randy Orton is the master heel and will help The Fiend and Bliss turn into babyfaces over the course of their feud. The two men are pegged to battle at the upcoming TLC pay-per-view.

Meltzer further revealed that Randy Orton is believed to be the 'master heel' and he will help Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss turn babyface in the next few weeks.

While it is certain that WWE wants to turn The Fiend into a babyface, he has still not been booked as an out and out 'nice guy'. It was The Fiend who cost Randy Orton his chance at the WWE Championship by interfering during his match.

Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt have had a storied past and it will be interesting to see where their feud heads on RAW.

#2 Charlotte Flair and Andrade to return as a team on RAW

'The Queen' Charlotte Flair has been out of action from RAW after she had to take a sabbatical to get surgery. Her real-life fiance Andrade has also not been seen on RAW since the draft took place. In fact, the former NXT Champion went undrafted in the 2020 Draft.

As per WrestleVotes, the current plan is to have them return as a team on RAW so that Charlotte Flair's star power could be used to help elevate Andrade.

An idea that’s been discussed however not determined at this point is an on screen pairing of Charlotte & Andrade when they return to TV. The idea behind it is to use Charlotte’s star power to elevate Andrade into the main event scene.

Andrade was one of the top Superstars in NXT but has had a lukewarm run on the main roster. His pairing with Zelina Vega was liked by many but it still did not help him reach main event status.

Aligning himself with one of the biggest WWE Superstars might help El Idolo to finally tap into his potential and become a breakout star on RAW.

While speaking on SportsKeeda's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo revealed that he has inside information on why WWE introduced the RAW Underground and RETRIBUTION storylines on the Red brand.

Vince Russo stated that around six months ago, USA Network told WWE that they were unhappy with the ratings on RAW and as a result, the company pitched these two storylines.

I gotta tell you something, I'll give you a little inside information and this isn't second, third, fourth, fifth hand information. This is Vince Russo information and I can't tell you how I got this information, okay? But I will tell you this, I've got information direct from a good source, this isn't second, third, fourth hand. About six months ago, USA Network let it be known to WWE, they were not happy. 'We're not happy with these numbers, with what we're paying for this show, we're not happy with the creative'. They were not happy about a lot of things, okay?

He revealed that WWE came up with RETRIBUTION and RAW Underground storylines at this point. Russo laughed at the fact that these were the best storylines that WWE could come up with in order to boost the ratings on RAW.
