Jerry Lawler has taken to social media so as to reveal his role at the Royal Rumble PPV.

Lawler confirmed that he will indeed be calling the Men’s Royal Rumble Match.

While Lawler used to primarily serve as part of the announce team on RAW on a full-time basis, he was replaced by other commentators—with the current RAW broadcast team comprising Michael Cole, Corey Graves & Booker T.

Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler is perhaps one of the most beloved WWE commentators of all time—right up there with Jim Ross.

Nevertheless, considering that Lawler was warned by management to tone down his commentary at RAW 25, perhaps we could expect a more sombre version of The King tonight.
