WWE News: Kane talks about Braun Strowman's WWE career and The Undertaker making rare TV appearances

The Big Red Machine

What's the story?

In a recent interview with the New York Post, WWE superstar Kane discussed a host of wrestling related topics, including Braun Strowman and The Undertaker making rare TV appearances.

In case you didn't know...

Kane is a former two-time WWE World Champion, who made his return to WWE TV prior to this year's TLC pay-per-view. Ever since his recent WWE return, The Big Red Machine has been in a feud against Braun Strowman and the two men have also faced off against each other on many occasions, over the past few months.

Kane is also known for his time in the WWE as one half of the tag team "Brothers of Destruction" with his on-screen brother, The Undertaker.

The heart of the matter

During his interaction, Kane gave his thoughts about "The Monster Among Men" Braun Strowman and also talked about Undertaker's rare occasional WWE appearances.

According to Kane, WWE has done an absolutely tremendous job in handling Braun Strowman and have also positioned him brilliantly in the company. Kane also believes that Strowman has a very bright future ahead of him and thinks that "The Monster Among Men" is going to be the top star of the WWE for a long time.

"If you look at our roster, it seems like 20 years ago we had a lot of big guys, not as big as him, but a lot of big guys. Nowadays not so much, I think our guys are better athletes now but they are not as big.”, Kane stated.

Kane also stated that The Undertaker has been a part of the WWE for a very long time and him not being a regular part of WWE almost seems like a piece is missing, to some extent.

What's next?

Kane's next mission will be to capture the WWE Universal Championship at next year's Royal Rumble pay-per-view when the 50-year-old steps into the ring for a triple threat match against Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar.

Author's take

I think Kane is absolutely right about both points here. In my opinion, Braun Strowman is indeed one of the most standout performers in the WWE today and has a very bright future ahead of him. Meanwhile, The Undertaker not making appearances in the WWE anymore feels like a part of our childhood is missing.
