WWE News: Miz brushes aside injury scare, says he is fine and wants the Intercontinental Championship

Two days ago at a WWE Live Event in Richmond, Virginia The Miz defeated Jack Swagger. Fans present at the live event noted that Miz may have suffered a knee injury while wrestling in that match .

This started buzz in social media regarding the Intercontinental championship bout at WrestleMania as Miz was scheduled to be a part of the match. With the increasing injury list in the current WWE roster, the future of the title match was questionsable.

Fortunately the former 4-time Intercontinental champion revealed via Twitter that he was not at all injured at the Live event. He just ‘sold’ the beatdown he recieved at the hands of Swagger. He also tweeted that he will partcipate at the 7- man ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania and vowed to win the title for the 5th time.

His admission proved true as Miz wrestled a six-man tag match on today’s RAW.
