Seth Rollins was the highlight of last week's episode of Monday Night RAW, and one would have to see how he performs on the show this week. The Beastslayer was perplexed about his association with Authors of Pain until he showed up during AoP's beatdown on Kevin Owens. It must be noted that Seth is the leader of the RAW locker room, and the fact that he still holds more value on the show can't be ruled out.
He has one of the most amazing storylines on the brand, and while a lot of us would be looking forward to other things on the show, there are a lot of things that can happen during the 3-hour program. Will Drew McIntyre Change Character To Get The Push?
Sportskeeda's own Gary Cassidy has Drew McIntyre as one of the favorites to win the Royal Rumble, and this is a sentiment that feels good both visually and in reality. It would be nice to see the company push Drew so that he performs his character to perfection. A match between the immensely talented Scottish Pschyopath and The Beast Incarnate would be a treat to witness at WrestleMania.
If the company decides to go this path, it would be fitting if Drew comes out with a babyface approach, or at least starts shifting towards it from tonight's episode so that he becomes a favorite in weeks to come. With Seth being the heel, it would be a good idea to turn Drew face and have him win the coveted Royal Rumble match.
Asuka Focuses on Becky Lynch's Raw Women's Title
When Tom Colohue stated that The OC would challenge The Viking Raiders at TLC, that is exactly what happened at the show. If this is anything to go by, we all know that he is right about this as well, and by the words in the tweet, it seems like Kairi Sane is not ready to compete, as Tom stated in his follow up tweet.
This would leave Asuka on her own who would have to relinquish the tag team titles, and focus on singles competition. In the event of this taking place, one can expect her to do all it takes to take down the current RAW women's champion. It is considered that Charlotte's powerbomb caused this trouble to Kairi, and Asuka would like to take out the 10-time women's champion to avenge this. It would be a new storyline, and definitely worth the time.
Lana-Rusev-Lashley Feud Is Not Over Yet
This is a storyline that the WWE Universe didn't seem to be interested in, but it seems like the fans are buying into this due to the way Bobby Lashley and Rusev's match ended at WWE TLC. It must be noted that Bobby Lashley is a worthy competitor, but he hasn't been in any major storyline. He is part of a storyline where Lana and Rusev are at the epicenter of things while Bobby is used in the storyline to create a love triangle.
It doesn't add to the overall entertainment, but one can be sure that the turn this storyline has taken, we would see some amazing action between the ropes during the Royal Rumble match. It would be nice to see them square off where Rusev gets the upper hand. They can create compelling moments in case the writers can push it in the right fashion to the fans.
