Welcome to another edition of the daily WWE Rumor Roundup, where we try and bring the biggest stories and rumors from the world of WWE for you. With WrestleMania just a few weeks away, WWE is in full swing to make the event a ginormous success.

Multiple matches have been added to the card and the two-night event of WrestleMania 37 is looking stacked. One of the biggest matches that is taking place on the show is Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre. In today's edition, we will take a look at a very interesting possibility for that match.

We will also take a look at the backstage details of Andrade's recent release, among other interesting updates. So without any further ado, let us dive in and take a look at the stories from today:

#5 Details on Andrade's release from WWE

Recently released WWE Superstar Andrade spoke to Lucha Libre Online and gave details about his release from WWE. The former US Champion revealed that he was given his release by the company after he had contracted COVID-19. Although, he stated that nobody at the time knew that he tested positive.

''About 15 days ago, two things happened. When I asked for my release, it was on a Monday. The following day, I had things with the company and I got COVID and my girlfriend also tested positive. No one knows about this. I got COVID and after I got it. On Sunday, [roughly a week] after getting COVID, I got a call and they gave me the release. It was what I wanted." (H/T Fightful)

Andrade had been unhappy in WWE for quite some time as he wasn't being used. El Idolo was last seen on WWE TV in October last year and wasn't used since the WWE Draft took place. In fact, Andrade was one of the few superstars who did not get drafted.

#4 Idea for Brock Lesnar's return at WWE WrestleMania 37

Former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will surprisingly not be a part of this year's WrestleMania card. However, fans are still hoping that The Beast Incarnate might return for an appearance at the show.

Talking to Boston Wrestling MWF’s Dan Mirade, John Cena Sr. talked about the WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 37. He said that it would be a better idea if Lashley retains the WWE Championship instead of McIntyre winning it.

In order to do so, Cena Sr. believes that the WrestleMania match should either have a special referee for the match or an outside interference from Brock Lesnar.

''What I’d like to see at WrestleMania, Lashley against McIntyre, and I know you’re not in favor of this stuff, but if you want a special guest referee or a run-in so that nothing happens, I’d bring my man Brock Lesnar in to shake things up. That would be the surprise of surprises. Let it go from there. But please, please, don’t let this bubble bounce back and forth.''

Although it is highly unlikely that Lesnar will be returning at WrestleMania 37, John Cena Sr.'s idea would certainly make the bout between Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley more interesting.

#3 Aleister Black sends a cryptic message hinting at a WWE return

WWE Superstar Aleister Black broke his silence on social media with a cryptic post on Instagram. Black has been missing from WWE television as well as social media over the past few months. However, it looks like he is finally ready to come out of the shadows and become a regularly featured WWE Superstar again.

The former NXT Champion had sustained some injuries, which were allegedly the reason for his absence from WWE. In his post, Aleister Black said that he has many stories to tell, hinting that his return is coming soon.

Although Aleister Black received major success on NXT, his run on the main roster has not been great. The former NXT Champion had talked about his character and how he wants to develop during an interview in 2020.

''Initially, I want to establish this character. I want to establish this entrance, I want to establish this aesthetic. I want people to understand this character to the fullest extent. My character has always been designed to generate a response. ''

It remains to be seen if Black will finally get a push in WWE or if he will also be released by the company like his wife Thea Trinidad.

#2 Paul Heyman says two top WWE Superstars will retire after WrestleMania 37

In a scathing warning to WWE icons Edge and Daniel Bryan on Talking Smack, Paul Heyman said that Roman Reigns could retire the two men at WrestleMania 37. Reigns is set to defend his Universal Championship against Edge and Bryan on Night Two of WrestleMania 37.

Both Edge and Bryan have had to retire once in their WWE careers owing to injury issues. Highlighting these issues, Heyman said that The Big Dog is capable of backing the two men into the corner and forcing them to retire yet again.

''You know, Edge was forced into his retirement once before. What makes you think, if you back Roman Reigns into this corner, that he’s not capable of putting Edge right back into retirement? Daniel Bryan was forced into retirement once before. What makes you think Roman Reigns is not capable of putting Daniel Bryan right back into retirement?"

Heyman further stated that Roman Reigns is not a typical Champion. He is brutally savage and 'man enough' to put The Rater-R Superstar and The Leader of the Yes Movement back into retirement.

#1 Stone Cold Steve Austin names two WWE Superstars destined for greatness

Former WWE Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin recently spoke to Bleacher Report and talked about the young superstars who will become great one day. The two names that were high on Austin's list were Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley.

Both these women will have an opportunity of a lifetime at WWE WrestleMania 37 as they will be getting a shot at the Women's Championships. Bianca Belair will face Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women's Championship and Rhea Ripley will take on Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship.

"I haven’t been tuning in a whole lot because I have a whole lot going on in my personal life, but just from watching the Royal Rumble, I think those last two women—Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair—I think those two are destined for greatness. They still need reps, they still need to learn, but those two have the size, presence, looks, ability to be major, major stars, so we’ll see what the future holds for them."

Belair has been on a roll since winning the Royal Rumble and is the favorite to come out victorious at WrestleMania. The same can be said for Ripley as the young superstar will try and win her first main roster Championship at WrestleMania.
