#5 Chyna had quit WWE because of her breakup with Triple H

Former WWE champion Triple H had been in a relationship with Chyna for 5 years before the two called it an end in 2001. Soon after their split, Triple H began dating Stephanie McMahon.

WWE veteran Bruce Prichard revealed on Something To Wrestle that the reason Chyna left WWE was because she wanted to stay away from her ex, Triple H. She thought quitting the company would be in her best interest. He also said that WWE wanted Chyna to stay and had even made her a lucrative offer, which she declined.

"I just think it was a decision by Chyna at that point where she felt that she didn't want to be in the same place where her ex was, and she had the choice," Prichard explained. "She was made an offer to remain with the company, and she made her choice to go somewhere else and do something on her own.

Chyna faced Lita in 2001, which would be her last match in WWE. She worked for other promotions over the years but never returned to WWE. Chyna passed away in 2016 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 as part of Degeneration X.

#4 Triple H was responsible for Samoa Joe's return to WWE

In a surprising move, WWE released former US Champion Samoa Joe during the post-WrestleMania roster cuts. Even though the Samoan Submission Machine wasn't an active wrestler, he still was an integral part of the RAW announcing team.

Out of all the released stars this year, Samoa Joe is the only one who is already back in WWE and is now working under the NXT banner. Joe returned as William Regal's special enforcer on NXT and is still involved in a non-wrestling capacity.

Speaking to Ryan Satin on his podcast, Joe revealed that Triple H contacted him for a return to NXT just hours after he was released from WWE.

“That’s really all there is to it when it comes to life in general. It’s kind of the mantra I’ve kept, so at that point I think I was kind of in the works and setting up the framework for whatever else I was gonna do. A few hours later, I get a call from Hunter [Triple H] and it pretty much all kind of changed.” said Joe

Do you think Triple H should allow Samoa Joe to become an active wrestler on NXT?

#3 Bobby Lashley got the push originally planned for Keith Lee in WWE

Keith Lee was in the midst of a big push earlier this year in WWE. However, the former NXT Champion has not been seen since the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view where he was set to face Lashley and Riddle for the US Championship but was replaced by John Morrison last-minute.

WWE legend Booker T has claimed on his podcast that Keith Lee was in for a major push before his abrupt disappearance. He said the original plans were for Keith Lee to make some 'major moves' in the WWE title picture.

''Bobby Lashley picked up the slack pretty much... came in and took the reins and took off, you know, got the rocket on his back and took off straight to the moon. But, for a second there, that was a spot Keith Lee was about to step right in to, and all of a sudden it was all shut down like that," said Booker T.

Lee received a mixed response from the fan base after his main roster debut. Although Lee has hinted at a possible return soon, there is no update on when he will make his return.

With multiple WWE releases that have taken place recently, there are a lot of openings on the main roster. Reports stated that NXT superstars Karrion Kross and Scarlett were present backstage and may be making their main roster debuts soon.

Apart from that, many other NXT stars may be brought up to the main roster soon. Fightful Select has reported that Vince McMahon will personally go to the performance center to scout talent for the main roster. Here's what Matt Black of Sportskeeda reported:

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Vince McMahon will personally be headed to the WWE Performance Center this Thursday to scout talent to potentially bring them up to RAW or SmackDown in the near future.

There are in-house live events that are held at the Performance Center. Scouts like Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis attend these shows in order to pick superstars ready to become major stars. There is no word on if any such show will be set-up for Vince McMahon's visit on Thursday.

#1 Possible reason for Shayna Baszler's poor booking in WWE

Former NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler has been having a tough time on WWE RAW of late. Ever since the Queen of Spades destroyed Alexa Bliss' doll Lilly, nothing has gone her way.

Speaking about Baszler's absurd booking on SportsKeeda's Legion of RAW, WWE veteran Vince Russo explained what could be the reason for WWE not portraying her as a legitimate badass.

"That's the thing that a lot of people dont see and a lot of people will never understand. All it takes is her saying one wrong thing in the back. Like literally, 'I don't like that idea'. That's all it takes. Something like that and you could be looking at months of jobs. I mean literally, that's how it works," Vince Russo said.

Russo was not happy with Baszler's treatment in WWE and expressed his angst over WWE, putting her in angles with Alexa Bliss and a doll, and making her lose to Nikki Cross on RAW.

Do you agree with Vince Russo? Should Shayna Baszler be portrayed as a dominant cage fighter instead?
