WWE Super Showdown kicked off at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with Universal Champion Seth Rollins walking out to the ring for his title defense against Baron Corbin. The pre-show saw The Usos defeat the Revival before the PPV kicked off in full swing.
Seth Rollins (c) vs. Baron Corbin - Universal Championship match
Rollins was heavily bandaged, still recovering from the encounter with Brock Lesnar that took place last Monday. Corbin dominated early on and went for an early pin. Rollins kicked out but was slow to get back on his feet. Rollins recovered and hit a big slingblade and then dove through the ropes to the outside.
Corbin got the Deep Six and a near fall before he started yelling at the referee. Rollins caught a distracted Corbin with a roll up and got the win. Corbin hit the End of Days as Rollins was celebrating, leaving the champ knocked out in the ring
Result: Seth Rollins def. Baron Corbin and retained the Universal Championship
Brock Lesnar came out to cash in his contract and Rollins surprised him with a low-blow. Rollins attacked Lesnar with the steel chair Lesnar himself had brought with him and then hit a stomp on the briefcase before walking out.

Finn Balor (c) vs. Andrade - Intercontinental Championship match
Balor came out in his Demon getup and was on the offensive right off the bat. andrade hit a double dropkick off the ropes and slowed the Demon down a little. Balor flew over the ropes, hitting a huge dive to Andrade on the outside.
Andrade hit the Hammerlock DDT but it ended with a nearfall. The Demon hit an inverted DDT and then the Coupe de Grace for the victory.
Result: Finn Balor def. Andrade and retained the Intercontinental Championship

Shane McMahon vs. Roman Reigns
Drew McIntyre was ringside for the match and Shane got a few hits in before Reigns unleashed on McMahon. Reigns ended up outside and McIntyre got a hit in while the official was looking away. Shane locked in a submission but Reigns broke free and took down Shane with a big kick.
Shane McMahon countered a Superman Punch and locked in the triangle. Reigns lifted Shane up, mid-submission and hit a powerbomb. Reigns hit a Superman Punch to Drew on the outside and Shane hit a spear in the ring for a near fall. Shane was getting ready for the Coat to Coast but Reigns caught him with a Superman Punch on the top rope.
Shane hit the official, 'by accident' before Drew rushed in with a Claymore. Shane got the three count as the official recovered, ending the match.
Result: Shane McMahon def. Roman Reigns

Backstage, Kofi Kingston said in an interview that he was ready to face Dolph Ziggler.
Lucha House Party vs. Lars Sullivan
Kalisto was first up and Lars Sullivan threw him back to his corner after knocking him around before Dorado came in. Lars sent Dorado outside before Metalik tagged in and hit a few big kicks to Lars who was bleeding a little from his mouth.
Sullivan was going to the top rope when the rest of the group pulled him down. The three luchadors attacked Lars at once earning a DQ loss but Sullivan was in trouble for the first time. Lars was down and the Lucha House Party retreated but Sullivan took out all three of them on the ramp.

Triple H vs. Randy Orton was up next and the two were about to revive their rivalry once again.
Triple H vs. Randy Orton
The two veterans started off slow and countered each other's early moves. Triple H was working on Randy Orton's arm using the Steel Steps and the ring post on the outside. Randy smashed Triple H onto the announce table and then sent him into the steel steps.
Orton was stomping away at Hunter in the ring and then administered a headlock. Both men were dodging each other's finishers and Randy hit a huge slam for a near-fall. HHH locked in a crossface in the middle of the ring but Randy fought out of it. Orton dodged the Pedigree and hit an RKO but the Game still kicked out.
Triple H got the Pedigree but Orton kicked out this time. Orton hit an RKO out of nowhere and got the victory.

Up next was Bobby Lashley vs. Braun Strowman.
Bobby Lashley vs. Braun Strowman
Strowman hit Bobby Lashley with a powerslam for a near-fall. Braun Strowman appeared mystified that Bobby Lashley was able to kick out of the move. Lashley charged at Braun Strowman on the outside hitting him with a Shoulder Tackle. He then hit him with a Suplex on the steel steps.
Braun Strowman managed to take advantage of the moment they got into the ring. He turned towards Bobby Lashley and managed to hit a Running Powerslam followed by a second one for the win.

Kofi Kingston (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler headbutted Kofi and went for the ZigZag, but missed. Kingston took advantage and hit the Boom Drop. He went for the Trouble in Paradise, but Dolph Ziggler hit a DDT on Kingston.
Ziggler hit Xavier Woods with a Superkick on the outside. Ziggler was taken out by Kingston in the ring. The two were at each others throats but it was Woods' interference which allowed Kofi Kingston to hit the Trouble in Paradise and pick up the win.
Result: Kofi Kingston def. Dolph Ziggler and retained the WWE Championhsip.
Dolph Ziggler challenged Kofi to a Steel Cage match backstage after the match.

50 Man Battle Royal
The 50 Superstars flooded the ring for the biggest Battle Royal in the history of WWE. The Miz was the last to come out and got a full entrance followed by Samoa Joe, Cesaro, Titus O'Neil and Elias. The ring was seriously crowded and Superstars were being eliminated one after the other. Gallows and Anderson were some of the first to be eliminated but Ryder and Hawkins remained. Heavy Machinery, AOP, Viking Raiders and a lot of the top stars remained. Akam and Rezar were eliminated and Titus was hiding under the ring.
Titus O'Neil was sent over the ropes and so was Murphy. Shelton Benjamin was the next to be sent pout followed by Ryder and Hawkins. Chad Gable and Apollo Crews were sent home and some of the Superstars were now working together to eliminate the big guys. Ricochet eliminated Jinder Mahal and Rowan threw Otis out like a pile of trash.
50 Man Battle Royal (contd...)
Xavier Woods was sent out by Rowan and the Usos managed to take out Big Red. Matt Hardy took out Dawson and was himself eliminated shortly after. Sin Cara took a Kinshasa but the luchador took out Shinsuke. The Miz eliminated Robert Roode and hit the 'it' kicks on Elias and Cesaro. Miz was eliminated by Elias and only six men remained in the ring.
Ricochet and Ali were working on Cesaro but Joe stepped up and the duo of rookies took out the US Champ. Cesaro eliminated Ali and Ricochet before Cesaro too was eliminated, leaving only the local underdog, Mansoor, and Elias in the ring. Elias was taken out by Saudi Arabia's very own Mansoor who claimed the historic victory.
Result: Mansoor won the 50 Man Battle Royale
Mansoor got on the mic and delivered his victory speech as the underdog winner and the crowd chanted 'you deserve it'.

The Undertaker vs. Goldberg
The two legends met for the first time in the squared circle in Jeddah. Goldberg mocked the Undertaker right off the bat and hit two big spears but 'Taker managed to kick out. Goldberg dodged a chokeslam and locked in a kneebar. Taker escaped and sent Goldberg into the corner, busting open his forehead.
'Taker hit the old school and was looking for the chokeslam and got it in. The Deadman hit the Tombstone Piledriver and Goldberg managed to kick out of it. Taker went for swift hooks and hit the snake-eyes but took another spear. Goldberg botched a jackhammer and Taker kicked out still.
Goldberg went for a Tombstone of himself but collapsed midway. Taker got the chokeslam and picked up the three count, winning the first ever encounter with Goldberg.
Result: The Undertaker vs. Goldberg
