Problem Solver 68, an outlaw group, has to move due to unpaid rent. Aru is upset, but the team, led by Haruka, is optimistic and ready to relocate. Shiroko helps the nearby ramen shop's recovery with found money, convincing Problem Solver 68 to accept the aid. The ramen shop now may have a chance to reopen.

The ramen shop owner, planning to shut down after losing ownership to Abydos High School and a recent explosion, decides to reopen Shiba Seki Ramen thanks to a bag of money Shiroko found. Serika and friends are thrilled about the reopening. Meanwhile, the Task Force discovers the land might be owned by Kaiser Corporation, raising suspicions about Kaiser's motives and their possible plans for Abydos. The group is uneasy and wants to investigate further.

Blue Archive The Animation episode 7: the task force addresses land issues as Nonomi eases the tension

The Task Force meets to discuss who owns the land in the Abydos autonomous zone. Ayane reports that buildings there, like the ramen shop, are no longer owned by Abydos High School and were transferred years ago, likely to Kaiser Corporation. This news worries the group, making them suspect Kaiser Corporation might be behind recent problems, including attacks. They wonder if Kaiser has harmful intentions towards Abydos and the Task Force but are unsure if it's too soon to assume this. The situation makes everyone uneasy about Kaiser's overall plans in the Abydos Desert.

While the task force was talking about the serious land issue, Nonomi tried to cheer everyone up. She pointed out cloud shapes resembling a whale and a dolphin and encouraged Ayane and Serika to take a break and look too, despite their wish to keep focusing on the problem. Nonomi argued that being sad wouldn't help and suggested they go to the aquarium to see the jellyfish and relax. Serika, though unsure at first, agreed it might be nice to take a break and visit the aquarium.

Sensei was invited to go along to the aquarium too. After initially resisting, he agreed it would be good for them all to go together. Nonomi's intent was to get the task force to take a break and lift their spirits during this difficult time. She believed going to smile and relax at the aquarium could help, even just temporarily.

Sensei agrees to visit the aquarium with the students to boost their moods amid uncertainties. The idea arises as they spot cloud shapes resembling sea creatures. Nonomi insists that doing something enjoyable like this outing can help them smile and tackle their gloom. The group sees it as a nice break and a chance to relax. Although it doesn't solve their problems, Sensei believes the trip can lift their spirits, and he decides to join, making Nonomi happy.
