A brief recap of Whisper Me a Love song episode 6

Episode 6 kicked off with Yori and Kino going on another date, and the former decided to do some clothes shopping for the upcoming event. Excited about the whole outing thing, Kino wanted to enjoy it to the fullest, so she decided to make Yori wear the type of articles that were unconventional for her.

As a cute revenge, Yori did the same with Kino, but she was flattered by her new look. While discussing the upcoming concert, Yori revealed to Kino that it was she who gave her the courage to perform on stage once again.

However, as she still felt nervous, Kino bought her earrings and proclaimed that she had put a charm on them that would give her confidence.

Later at night, when the time came for them both to head home, Yori kissed Kino’s cheeks before leaving.

The next day, Aki tried to confess her feelings for Yori, but she simply couldn’t. The SSGIRLS gave an enthralling performance, and Yori successfully made Kino fall harder for her as she promised.

Eventually, Kino gave her answer to Yori by revealing that she accepted her proposal. Although it was new and strange for them, Yori and Kino were happy that they had become a proper couple.

The student council president revealed to Aki and her bandmates that they had to prepare for an upcoming audition, which filled them with newfound enthusiasm.

However, the thrill went downhill after the group encountered Shiho Izumi, a former bandmate who mocked Yori for being her replacement and challenged her former bandmates by proclaiming that her new crew was also participating.

Whisper Me a Love Song episode 7 is titled The Past, a Song and a Secret. The upcoming episode is expected to show how the SSGIRLS will react to the new threat, who is none other than Shiho, their former lead vocalist. The last bit of the previous episode subtly hinted that Shiho holds a grudge against Aki, and the reason behind it is yet to be revealed.

Despite being unaware of what really transpired between the former bandmates of SSGIRLS, Yori will be targetted by Shiho. However, Shiho’s words to Yori, “You’ll get there someday,” hint that her former bandmates betrayed her, which is expected to cause a rift between the newly found SSGIRLS.
