The South Korean media outlet News 1 exclusively reported that the cast of Lovely Runner would hold a group viewing event for the final episode of the drama. In response, the original network tvN confirmed to the outlet, TV Daily and stated that they would hold the event on May 28, 2024.

The publishing company also informed fans that they would be releasing an uncut version of the script book. It would be scheduled to be shipped to fans worldwide in mid-July 2024. The company also disclosed its plans to produce the book in hard-cover version.
