Jon Moxley (original name: Jonathan David Good) is currently performing on AEW as a member of the Blackpool Combat Club. He came into the limelight during his term with WWE as Dean Ambrose from 2011 to 2019. He made his pro wrestling debut in 2004 and appeared in various independent circuits like Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA), Full Impact Pro (FIP), and Dragon Gate USA (DGUSA). He started working in NXT and Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) after signing with WWE. Moxley made his main roster debut in 2012 as an individual from "The Shield". He holds the of being the US Title holder for the most number of days (351 days). He also bagged titles like WWE Championship, WWE Raw Tag Team Championship, and WWE Intercontinental Championship. He is the 16th Grand Slam Champion and 27th Triple Crown Champion. He appeared on AEW's inaugural event Double or Nothing in 2019 after his contract with WWE expired. He started working for New Japan Pro Wrestling in the same year. He won the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship in his debut match in the promotion. he also holds the record as the only person to win the US Title for NJPW and WWE. He won a total of 12 titles in his term with NJPW, AEW, and WWE. He got the award as the Most Popular Wrestler of the Year three times by Pro Wrestling Illustrated (2014, 2015, 2022).

Professional Wrestling Career

Jon Moxley was a ring organizer and popcorn seller at Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA). He began his training at the age of 18 in that promotion. He won the HWA Tag Team Championship (2 times) the next year. He won the Heavyweight title two times in 2006 and one time in 2010 of HWA. He started wrestling in independent circuits in 2006 and was active there till 2011. He arrived at WWE as Dean Ambrose and won his first WWE title, the Intercontinental Championship at TLC 2015 which he also won two more times in his WWE tenure. Moxley came out on top for the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2016. He went on to win his first WWE World Heavyweight Title on the same night after utilizing his briefcase. He won the Raw Tag Team title after teaming up with Seth Rollins in SummerSlam 2017. He was absent from the in-ring actions in the early part of 2018 due to a triceps injury. He left WWE due to some storyline and administrative reasons which were also clarified by several other WWE Superstars.
