Former WWE talent and current AEW star Taya Valkyrie is set to make her highly anticipated return this week on Dynamite.

Valkyrie's return comes after her suspension for laying her hands on referee Aubrey Edwards when she lost to TBS Champion Jade Cargill. AEW recently took to Twitter to announce that Taya Valkyrie will be facing former Impact Wrestling star Lady Frost on the May 24 edition of Dynamite, which will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Just a few days later, she will have the opportunity to capture the TBS title from the reigning champion, Jade Cargill, at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view.

Taya Valkyrie expressed her excitement on Twitter about her upcoming matches, including her bout with Lady Frost on Dynamite and her match at Double or Nothing against Jade Cargill.

"Proud of myself…first ive got to take out @RealLadyFrost this Wednesday on Dynamite, then it’s off to #DoubleorNothing!!! She’s going to the PPV BABYYYYYY!!!! #AndNew," Valkyrie tweeted.

Check out her tweet below:

Jade Cargill has held the championship for an impressive 500 days, defeating stars such as Ruby Soho and Nyla Rose. The clash between Valkyrie and Cargill is eagerly anticipated, as she looks to dethrone the dominant champion and make her mark in All Elite Wrestling.

Taya Valkyrie returned to AEW last week on Rampage

Taya Valkyrie made a triumphant return to AEW on Rampage last Friday to confront her bitter rival, Jade Cargill.

Valkyrie issued a challenge to Cargill, making a strong statement on Rampage. She now looks forward to a rematch with Jade at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view for the TBS Championship.

Although Valkyrie fell short in her previous encounter with Cargill on the April 26 edition of Dynamite, she is determined to seize the opportunity and claim the championship this time around.
