Ja Morant talks about not being as active as before on social media.

It appears as though Ja Morant is learning his lesson for being a responsible social media user after an incident that resulted in him getting suspended. When asked on how he will use social media after the incident, Morant shared a mature response, which could be a good sign for the Memphis Grizzlies.

Morant is on his way back to the lineup this week. Before that, he was asked what he'd focus on moving forward after the incident.

"I won’t be doing that at all." Morant said when asked if he'll still be the same person after the social media incident. "Me saying things, actions speak very louder than words. That's my main focus now. Obviously, super excited to be back with my teammates. That's the main thing right now.
"Right now, for me it's just keeping the main thing, the main thing. And the continuing to go through my process of recovering a better me. I feel like if I do that, not only will it help me. But it'll help everybody around me as well."

Morant is coming off an eight-game suspension and is expected to be back in the lineup this week against the Houston Rockets. Ironically, his teammate Dillon Brooks will be suspended after getting his 18th technical foul against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday (Mar. 21) night.

The former Murray State star has missed nine games, but the team has performed incredibly well without him. Memphis has won six of their last nine games. Even though they fell to third place, they're still one of the top teams in the Western Conference going into the postseason.

Ja Morant is one of the top talents in the league right now, and his involvement with the Grizzlies is highly important. Losing him could mean that the team won't be at full capacity, which is what they need right now. Despite missing him in a lot of games, the team has done an exceptional job in maintaining a winning culture.

Winning six games out of nine without a star isn't an easy feat, especially for a Western Conference team like Memphis. However, they've worked well as a team, and other players have stepped up big time. Tyus Jones is one of the guys who has stepped up and contributed a lot.

In the last nine games, Jones has averaged 14.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 7.6 assists, giving the team a much-needed boost without their star.
