The Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur will host its last match of IPL 2024 on Monday between old foes Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians. The venue has been a delight so far. There have been a few close games, a few one-sided ones too, and the crowd witnessing it all has been absolutely fantastic.

The match is expected to be more of what we've seen so far here: an even contest between bat and ball, probably high-scoring due to the quality of batters on both sides but not without help for both pacers and spinners off the pitch.

Considering that, we have predicted below three bowlers who can take the most wickets:

#3 Yuzvendra Chahal

It tells you a lot about the kind of bowlers we'll see in action when the second-highest wicket-taker of IPL 2024 is on the third place in the list. Yuzvendra Chahal has been brilliant for RR this season, taking 12 wickets in six games.

Apart from the last match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the leg-spinner has been brilliant even on flat wickets by increasing his speeds and using his variations well. The last match against MI at the Wankhede earlier in the season was the best display of his skills as he took three wickets for just 11 runs in his four overs.

MI, the franchise where he started his IPL career, are one of his favorite teams to bowl against. In 19 matches against them, he has a whopping 28 wickets at 20.29.

Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma have all got out to him previously and would need to do quite well to avoid a repeat.

#2 Trent Boult

Another one of the former MI bowlers who now has a habit of making it count against his former team, Trent Boult would be a big threat again.

In the reverse fixture at the Wankhede, the left-arm seamer landed a decisive, killer blow at MI by taking out Rohit, Naman Dhir and the Impact Sub Dewald Brevis for golden ducks.

Since May 2017, he has played eight matches against MI without going wicketless. He hasn't been able to get the best out of his home ground this season but MI just offer him the perfect match-up with an unsettled batting order consisting a lot of players with issues against swing or hard lengths.

Even if he doesn't too many wickets up to, Boult would be as big a threat as any against the MI lower-order.

#1 Jasprit Bumrah

What more can you say? When there's a genuis at work, it's better to just let the numbers do the talking. Jasprit Bumrah is at the top of this list because he's the current Purple Cap holder in IPL 2024 with 13 wickets at an average of 12.84.

After a slow start to the tournament, when most batters were trying to play him out, he has found a way to pick heaps of wickets in any situation. And RR would have to bring out their best batting performance to avoid being his latest victim.

The right-arm pacer already has 17 wickets against them in 13 IPL matches at an average of 18.59. RR have one of the best top orders in IPL 2024 which is also brimming with confidence.

However, there are a few holes in there in the middle and the lower-order middle order which Bumrah would love to exploit.
