In his very short stay at the crease, he smashed a couple of impressive boundaries but played one shot too many and was a big disappointment of the day. Hopefully, he will better his performance in the upcoming matches.

It was really an astute buy and may prove to be the bargain of the season as we move deep in to the season. But judging by his performances today, he was a big letdown. He conceded 19 runs in his only over of the day when his team desperately needed to tighten the screws. While on the batting front, he left the team high and dry by trying a reverse-sweep, as he was out for mere 2 runs when his team only needed 9 runs of the final over.
