In the 11 matches played between these two franchises, Rajasthan Royals have won six matches against the Kolkata Knight Riders. Earlier in the season when the two teams met at Jaipur, the hosts posted 144 runs and then restricted the defending champions to 125, winning the match by 19 runs.
At Kolkata though, Rajasthan Royals have won only once in four matches and will be desperate to get another win in their quest to reach the play-offs.
