3 proposals of Supreme Court to BCCI are as follows:

- Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals should not be allowed to take part in IPL 7

- Sunil Gavaskar should be made interim BCCI President in place of N.Srinivasan till a final verdict has been issued in the betting and spot fixing case

- Anyone involved with the India Cements group should not be involved with the BCCI

Various unconfirmed reports doing the rounds on internet have suggested that MS Dhoni called Srinivasan with a proposal to quit captaincy.

Lawyer Harish Salve, appearing for Cricket Association of Bengal, had yesterday suggested that Dhoni was involved in the cover-up for Gurunath Meiyappan and gave false statements in the court.

Harsha Bhogle, renowned cricket expert had defended Dhoni.

It’s a huge day for Indian cricket as the Supreme Court of India is set to give its interim orders regarding the IPL spot-fixing case after going through the Justice Mudgal Committee report.

Supreme Court yesterday gave BCCI a few hard hitting suggestions regarding the clean-up process, including replacing President N Srinivasan with an ex-cricketer like Sunil Gavaskar and banning the participation of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals from IPL 2014.

BCCI is set to give its reply today, after which the Supreme Court will give its ruling.
