It seems some flaws have been ironed out from NBA 2K14

Good news for NBA fans as there are some improvements in NBA 2K15 when compared with NBA 2K14. We already know that the crew mode is back in the game, and now it seems the MyGM mode which drew some criticism because of some rigid conversations, has been improved to give it a more realistic feel. The MyGM mode was only introduced last year where as the general manager, we not only have to look at how the players develop, but also build a nice relationship with the coaching staff and the owner of the team.

The conversations that you have with your players didn’t really seem to have an impact on the team, which ideally shouldn’t be the case. So this year they have made sure that the team responds to the situation. You may promise a player to give him more game time but may not be able to fulfill it. In that case not only the player’s morale takes an all time low, but also it affects the team on the whole. Also the expectations towards you from the owner will change as per your team’s standings while approaching the end of the season. Despite not being a top club during the beginning, if you make it to the play-off spot during the trade deadline, then the owner will be willing to splash some cash.

You can scout players with the help of stats which will be simulated, and the rookies will be classified as ones with injury concerns, late bloomers and with tons of potential. You can also manage the workout routine of certain players in order to get the best out of them and in this process you may even end up upsetting or injuring the player.

And get ready to know the ratings of more players as their official twitter account nears a landmark 585K followers. They have already revealed the ratings of few players, but that is nothing compared to what’s on your way in the future.
