Josh McEachran – Another loan spell away from the club

Chelsea youngster Josh McEachran has joined Watford on loan until 2nd January, 2014.

The 20-year-old has previously had loan spells at Middlesbrough and Swansea City.

The youngster made his Chelsea debut at the age of 17 years in a Champions League tie away at Zilina in 2010, becoming the youngest ever player to play in a Champions League match.

Chelsea FC released a statement on their official website, which read: “Josh McEachran today (Friday) joined Watford on loan until 2 January.”

Josh McEachran will link up with Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola, who manages Watford.

English midfielder follows the footsteps of Nathaniel Chalobah, who spent the whole of last season on loan at Watford.

Nathaniel Chalobah, earlier in the day, was loaned out to Nottingham Forest for the period of four months.

Both players will return to Chelsea during the January transfer window, and Jose Mourinho is expected to make a decision on their Chelsea futures then.
