One-time Ballon d'Or winner Luis Figo is forming an alliance with the Royal family of Spain through his daughter. His oldest daughter, Daniela, has allegedly been linked with a member of the Spanish royal family.
Luis Figo is one of a handful of top-level footballers to have represented both sides of the El Clasico divide, as he played for Barcelona and Real Madrid. During his time as a player in Spain, he claimed his first and only Ballon d'Or award in 2000.
Figo has three daughters, all of whom were born when he played in Spain to his Swedish wife Helen Svedin, who he married in 2001. The oldest of his daughters, Daniela, was born in 1999 while he was still a Barcelona player.
Now 24, the Portuguese-Swedish national is a model, following in the footsteps of her mother Helen. She is allegedly involved with Beltran Lozano, a cousin to the present King Felipe VI of Spain.

Portugal has seven Ballon d'Or awards in their history, with their first in 1965 in Eusebio. The next one came 35 years later when Luis Figo was rewarded for his performances for Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Luis Figo was involved in arguably the biggest transfers of the 2000s when he left Camp Nou to join Real Madrid. Florentino Perez took him to the Santiago Bernabeu for a then-record fee of €62 million in 2000, the same year he won the Ballon d'Or.
Figo appeared 127 times for Portugal and was part of the squad that finished second in Euro 2004. He also captained his country to the semifinals of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, their best performance in the Mundial since 1966.
Cristiano Ronaldo inherited his Number 7 shirt from Figo in the national team and has surpassed him since. They played together from 2004 until Figo retired in 2006.
