According to Fichajes.net, Chelsea are eyeing a move for Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta. The Blues have Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku in their ranks. Chelsea have sealed a deal for Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian

Chelsea have struck a deal with Palmeiras to sign Brazilian prodigy Estevao Willian, also known by the moniker "Messinho". Willian has been in bright form for Palmeiras.
