Sunderland have signed Trabzonspor’s Czech defender Ondrej Celustka, 24, on loan for the 2013-14 season, the Wearside club confirmed on their official website. The former Czech U-21 international is Paolo Di Canio’s 10th signing of the summer transfer window.
Celustka started his career with FC Tescoma Zlin before moving to Slavia Prague. After a on loan to Palermo, where he made just one appearance., the right-back moved to Trabzonspor and has made 55 appearances for the Turkish Super League club.
