Ignite to join Wasserman Media Group

Wasserman Media Group has acquired London-based marketing agency Ignite.

Talking about the new development, Chairman and CEO of WMG Casey Wasserman said

“Ignite’s experience and capabilities will further enable our teams to connect key client strategic initiatives directly with the audiences they are working to engage. Most significant is that the Ignite team is perfect cultural fit for Wasserman, and we look forward to immediate and substantial results.”

Ignite, which specializes in live events has worked with NFL, NBA and Barclay’s Premier League, among others. The agency was named the ‘Brand Experience Agency of the Year’ for two consecutive years byEvent Magazine.

After joining WMG, the agency will work with multiple brands including Pepsi and American Express.
