Players are often on the lookout for the fastest cars in GTA Online as these vehicles can help win multiplayer races and are useful in many missions as well. However, given the game's extremely inflated economy, the best rides in this category can become inaccessible to players without millions in their Maze Bank account. Additionally, some of these prices aren't even justified.

Rockstar Games readjusted the price of certain vehicles in 2023, but there are still many cars that cost way more than they ideally should. In this article, we will be taking a look at five fastest cars in GTA Online that shouldn't be that much costly.

Fastest cars in GTA Online that shouldn't be that much costly

1) Coil Rocket Voltic

The electric super car Coil Voltic's unique variant, Coil Rocket Voltic, boasts a Rocket Boost at its back. This feature is pretty self-explanatory but for those unaware, it provides the vehicle with significant, albeit temporary, boost in speed when used. This is what makes it one of the fastest cars in GTA Online.

Even without the Rocket Boost, this car can hit a top speed of 124.50 mph (200.36 km/h) after complete upgradation per expert GTA vehicle YouTuber - Broughy1322. Nevertheless, these utilities do not justify why it should cost $3,830,400 or even its $2,880,000 Trade Price.

2) Overflod Zeno

Overflod Zeno is a stylish super car that debuted in December 2021 under The Contract DLC. It is seemingly based on the SSC Tuatara and once fully upgraded, it can hit a top speed of 127.50 mph (205.19 km/h). While it does well in the speed and looks department, it doesn't have any other stand-out features.

Hence, there is no way to justify why GTA Online players need to pay $2,820,000 for it, even if it's one of the fastest cars in GTA Online. This is absurd especially considering that there are faster rides now that cost much less than Overflod Zeno.

3) Grotti Turismo Omaggio

Next on the list of overpriced fastest cars in GTA Online is the Grotti Turismo Omaggio. The car can be bought $2,845,000 from Legendary Motorsport, has a fully upgraded top speed of 122.50 mph (197.14 km/h), a really quick lap time, and the ability to be equipped with Imani Tech upgrades.

That said, a near three million dollar price tag isn't justified when a car like the Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT costs less, is faster, and can be equipped Imani Tech as well as HSW upgrades. Furthermore, the Tusimo Omaggio cannot be fitted with Armor Plating while the latter can.

4) Pegassi Torero XO

Pegassi Torero XO combines vintage style of super cars with a modern design. Its 131.00 mph (210.82 km/h) top speed post full upgradation makes it one of the fastest cars in GTA Online but players will have to pay a whopping $2,890,000 to add the it to their collection.

This is an even worse case than the Grotti Turismo Omaggio as this car cannot even be fitted with Imani Tech upgrades. Therefore, Rockstar Games should consider bringing the Torero XO's price down by a fair bit.

5) Grotti Itali RSX

Grotti Itali RSX is one of the fastest cars in GTA Online due to its fully upgraded top speed of 135.30 mph (217.74 km/h). It is also one of the best-looking ones, thanks to its design that is seemingly based on the Ferrari SF90 Stradale. The car handles well and accelerates pretty quickly, which are some great attributes.

However, that is about it as far as the Grotti Itali RSX is concerned. It cannot be equipped with any weapons, defensive reinforcements or HSW upgrades but still costs $3,465,000. Even if players unlock its Trade Price, they will still have to pay $2,598,750.
